This open-floor-plan living space is "retro" and “radioactive” with a glamorous flare! But never fear, there's no '50s era “boob tube“ here! You've got a 55-inch smart TV with cable and streams the new DISNEY+ to watch all the Disney shows and movies you want. We also provide a Blu-Ray DVD Player - perfect to catch up on your favorite flicks after a long, exhausting day at the parks. Or turn on some “cool sounds“ with our record player (and yes, we have some vinyl records to listen to) that's Bluetooth-enabled to play your own playlists from your devices! Plus it even plays CDs and cassette tapes. Oh, and did I mention we have high-speed Internet and central air conditioning, too?
Your teenagers won't know where to take their selfies first, in front of the modern geometric wall design, in one of the two rad hanging chairs or in front of the glowing neon sign outside! All are signature Mad Men Vacations Homes designs!
Before you know it, you’re going to hear your crew running around the house checking out the fun-themed bedrooms, all based on the Magic Kingdom which now all have ceiling fans (except one room that stays very cool all year round)! On the first floor, discover the Jungle Cruise master suite, the largest in the house! Complete with a newly renovated (2023) luxurious en suite bathroom featuring a modern free standing soaker tub, a separate shower with a rain showerhead and handheld and private toilet room. With its walk-in closet and a flat screen TV, this is the perfect space for those who don’t want to have to traipse up and down the stairs. This room also features one of TWO work spaces that we offer at Mad Men Magic Kingdom House! This is a game changer for our business travelers and couples looking for a work from home Disney getaway or staycation. This is also perfect for families that have children doing virtual school or homeschool. And of course it is a huge help for parents needing to virtual work a few days while on vacation! With ample windows and light you will be able to focus, stay organized and get your work done so you can do what you came to do, play! Also on the first floor is the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad bedroom with a queen bed. It’s the wildest room on the frontier!
Upstairs you'll find two more private master suites, both with king beds and en suite bathrooms. One is the Under the Sea - Little Mermaid room, because, as Sebastian the crab says, “Life under the sea is better than anything they got up there!” The other master suite takes its inspiration from Cinderella's Castle because, as we all know “A dream is a wish your heart makes... when you're fast asleep.”
Upstairs you'll find two more queen bedrooms. The Space Mountain room has a bed that looks like it came off a spaceship! When you wake up from a night of restful sleep in this bed you'll be ready to say “All systems go!"
The theme of the other queen bedroom is Peter Pan’s Flight! (You might even find Peter's missing shadow!) And as you drift off to Never Never Land, don't be surprised if you find yourself following Peter as he soars to the “Second star on the right and straight on 'til morning!”
The two kids' bedrooms will truly let your little ones' imaginations run wild - as they step into the roles of princesses and pirates! The Disney Princess room features a custom-made princess castle bed, complete with a play dungeon and a carriage bed, both twin sized. The Pirates of the Caribbean room features a custom-made pirate ship bed that's full size, accompanied by an extra twin bed. Before long you'll be hearing happy voices shouting “Avast, mateys!” or singing “Let it go... let it go....” during playtime!
Back downstairs, you won’t want to “put an egg in your shoe and beat it“ here! The only place you'll want to put an egg is in one of the "pots 'N pans" in the fully equipped, open concept kitchen! This space features stainless-steel appliances, a microwave oven, keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and even a crock-pot!
If you have a baby, don’t worry about packing a booster seat or highchair - we’ve got you covered! We have infant/toddler strollers (2 single strollers and 1 double stroller), a crib, two pack-and-plays, an ergonomic baby carrier, white noise machine, kiddie toys, books and games. And don’t think those board games are just for kids! On a rainy day, there’s nothing like playing a board game together for creating lasting family memories! We've got a great selection!
Of course we provide a laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer! So no need to bring a change of clothes for every day – you can pack light, do a little laundry, and start each day of your vacation with fresh, clean clothes!
And let's not forget the game room! It's got a 50 inch flat-screen TV, a pool table, a shuffleboard table, and a Foosball table. There's a cool retro dining table for eating snacks or playing cards, and some nice chairs for relaxing and reading! Plus we just installed a NEW AC unit to keep it cool all year round for your enjoyment! THIS is a game changer, no pun intended!
Mad Men Magic Kingdom House is a perfect destination for families, couples, friends and business travelers! All mattresses and pillows have hypo-allergenic protective covers! Fully renovated top to bottom in the spring of 2019, there's new paint, new light fixtures, new floors and new high-end quartz countertops throughout the house, with completely updated furnishings!

A few things to note:
• There is NO SMOKING inside the property including the game room. If you smoke we will take the entire security deposit. We have a detector to let us know if you are smoking in the house or garage game room.
• While our community has many beautiful homes and amenities to enjoy, it's important to note that the houses are in close proximity to each other, which is why we can't permit parties (and you'll appreciate that the neighbors don't!).

The hosts were quick in responding to any of our questions The neighborhood was quiet. A great place for family and friends to relax and have fun. Magic Men Magic Kingdom House was grand. From the information given before we arrived to the information given upon checking out all went well. This was our first big family vacation and the Magic Kingdom House was the right choice for us. The kids were excited to choose their rooms and to play in the pool. The location was great for getting to the parks and then cooking up a meal for all. The game room added friendly competition and was comfortable for the spectators. We never got to use the projector and screen but was happy to know it would be available if the opportunity came up. Rebecca was quick to answer any questions we had. Will definitely look at the other properties offered and if we get a chance to return we would return here. We did not need the baby items supplied but were grateful for the strollers. Thanks for making our vacation stressless

We loved our stay at Mad Men Magic Kingdom House! This home is perfect for the entire family, which in our case included three generations, ages ranging from two one year old babies to their grandfather celebrating his 70th birthday! Check-in at Emerald Island Resort was easy and welcoming. This home is so family and kid friendly, was very clean and had ample space for spreading out or for enjoying time together, including meals, both inside and outside on the beautiful back patio. The host, Rebecca, truly thought of everything from two dryers (for wet bathing suits and towels), to baby and kid supplies for the Disney parks, to the game room, to super fun Disney themed rooms and a well stocked kitchen! There was so much attention to detail in the theming of each bedroom. The cousins loved the pirate room and Space Mountain room and the girls are still talking out their slumber party in the Disney princess room complete with a closet full of dress up clothes! A quick drive to the parks and close enough (at 6 miles) that you could come back for an afternoon nap or a swim in the awesome pool out back. I only wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be back! Thanks again for your hospitality and family friendly attention to detail Rebecca, we had a blast!

€ Mad Men Magic Kingdom House Post We stayed at Mad Men Vacations Magic Kingdom Home In Kissimmee from December 26, 2021 to January 10, 2022. There were nine of us in our party plus 2 small dogs. It was fabulous that each couple and each child had their own room for decompression time after long days and nights in the parks. The themed rooms were fantastic and the grandkids had so much fun picking out which bed room was theirs for our 16 day stay. The bathrooms and shared spaces certainly fulfilled all of our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and spices. The start up kit was more than ample as far as dish detergent, toilet paper etc. We use the pool and the hot tub quite a bit and it really was no big deal putting the solar cover back on each night after we utilized it. The game room was a bonus for night time activity. I believe that the TV sets were turned on two times for a very brief period of time during the 16 days stay due to so many other interactive activities. The location of the property was superb for going to the Disney resorts and Universal. This is the second property that we have rented from Rebecca Cramer. We previously had stayed in their Ocean City Maryland home. Once again, I have to say that Rebecca was and still is the most responsive business woman that I have ever dealt with throughout my years. As soon as I had a question Rebecca was texting back within 15 minutes and provided answers to all of my questions. We are looking forward to renting their Deep Creek, MD Lake House in the near future. It is so comforting to know that when a small problem arises, there will be a solution in a very short period of time. I would absolutely recommend renting from Rehecca and Mad Men Vacations

My family and I took a trip to Orlando, FL in August of 2020, we were a group of 16 people and a dog. The place was a perfect fit for us not only because it had as many rooms as we needed, or the pool, spa, and game room, but because it was welcoming and comfortable for all of us. The game room and pool and spa made it easy for everyone to be entertained and with everything we did while we were there being close to the location of the house made it even better.

The best experience at a vacation rental we have ever had and it was because of Rebecca the host that made sure we had the best time. Not only was the house sparkling clean but she also gave us great recommendations for fun things to do and responded within seconds of any question we had. The Magic Kingdom themed rooms were a hit for everyone and it was nice to have Disney plus to enjoy movies whenever we wanted. The house was thoughtfully decorated mid century which was a nice touch.
