Dale J.First Time Snowbirds Enjoy Successful Stay at Heritage Palms
My wife and I retired last Fall and decided to rent a home in Florida during the worst part of the Michigan winters. Had no idea how to go about doing this, so we started to hunt around on the internet. As fate would have it, we landed on this site. Made the initial contact with Eleanor Redar and were pleased with her assistance on how to navigate this process. Made the long trip to Southwest Florida and Eleanor was there to greet us upon arrival. All went well and we really enjoyed our time in the condo we rented. Daily swims and use of the exercise facility were delightful rituals. Condo fit our needs perfectly. Surrounding neighborhood and grounds were a wonderful. Totally enjoyed our stay. After we left, some forwarded mail got left in the rental mail box. Eleanor helped get the deliveries back to right place. Here attention to detail and responsiveness were an absolute delight. Heritage Palms is a place we will return to in future.
