We had a wonderful stay in Jim’s unit at the “Ocean Club at Deerfield Beach”. Jim was easy to work with and very accommodating! The condo was newly remodelled and very clean. It had a nice “beachy feel”. We appreciated the notebook that had many restaurant menus and activity ideas. The location is perfect..steps away from the beach and many great restaurants in walking distance. We are looking forward to vacationing here again!!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We mostly stayed at the condo and relaxed. The view was amazing as well as the property was perfect. The owner took great pride and spared no expense in the remodeling of the unit, it was the perfect setting for us to just relax. Steaks on the outside grill for our anniversary and a swim in the nice warm pool. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

My son and I stayed at the property for a much needed getaway. Pictures did not even do it justice! The building was SO QUIET and it's true what is said about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! We loved our walks over the inter-coastal bridge to a variety of shops and restaurants and the beach was 2 blocks in the other direction.We loved the amenities in the unit-GREAT SHOWERS! It took us some time to figure out how to exit the property without a car. Other than that we agreed that we would rent this unit again.

The location of this unit is absolutely beautiful! We woke up to the sun rising over the ocean every morning & it was breathtaking! It was in walking distance to a lot of restaurants which was such an added plus! The unit itself is a bit out dated & we had a few issues to deal with. We couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work, but Billy the maintenance man was able to fix it. He’s a great guy! The TV in the living room didn’t have sound on 3 channels, that never got fixed. The air conditioning unit is very loud when it is on. The WIFI is very slow. This unit has 2 full beds in the bedroom . We actually slept on the pullout couch a few nights because it was a queen & we had more room but it wasn’t as comfortable as the bed. The Ocean Club has a luggage cart, shopping cart & an elevator which makes moving in easy & helpful. The laundry room is bright & clean with 3 washers & 3 dryers. Also, the unit provided everything you needed for the beach, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, little cooler & icepack in the freezer, sunblock under the bathroom sink. The boardwalk across the street is another added plus! Every morning we would walk the boardwalk, listening to the waves & feeling the beautiful ocean breeze.

No charge for parking in our gated (accessed by remote) parking lot for two vehicles on premises.
Check in is 4PM and check out is 10 AM. There may or may not be exceptions. Early access is sometimes available but must be prearranged.
40 footsteps to the sand of pristine, daily groomed Deerfield Beach. No stairs, no rounding the building, no obstacles. Just direct access to one of the highest ranked beaches in S Fl.
