Please note that in addition to the daily rate, there is a cleaning fee to be paid cash upon departure of $170 and magnetic pass fee of $30 per couple (allows you to move around in the complex). Also if you have a car , parking fee is $75/wk ($100 for 2 weeks, $125 for 3 and $150 for the month).
The price varies depending on the season between $900/week to $1250/week

All in all the condo was ok. Check in was easy and our greeter was very pleasant . We had stayed at Tides before and the area in very nice. If I could suggest anything it would be to upgrade or change the living room furniture as we found this a bit uncomfortable. Also some of the kitchen could be better (I.e. a bigger coffee maker)

Nice condo and Mike was wonderful to work with at the time of the reservation and then he sent me 1 update a few weeks before we arrive and 1 more about a week before to provide me with all the information I needed. It was harder to ZELLE $ to Canada from the USA but Mike was patient for me to mail him the down payment and final payment. Weather was fantastic in January and we would certainly go back again.,
