The unit has two TVs, regular cable in the bedroom on a 26" screen and premium digital multimedia service with 14 HBO channels and 12 Cinemax channels in the living room on a 36" screen. Included are also a VCR with movies, ceiling fans, drapes, inside utility, sauna, walk-in closed, new A/C unit, towels and linens. It can sleep up to 6 people. The spacious dining room and living room area offer a comfortable way to relax during your vacation. Included are also in-unit washer and dryer. This unit has been redecorated recently.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV. The second bedroom has a new day bed; the second bed pulls out from underneath. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, range, refrigerator, dishes, flatware and much more. You also have your own in-unit washer and dryer combo.

Our condo was pretty decent. It’s just we couldn’t enjoy the patio because of the four air conditioners right next to our patio running nonstop. And the entire month that we were there carpenters were working on a condo right next to ours so we were hearing constant, banging and drilling and sawing sounds for one month. The location of the condo was nice because you could walk easily to Madeira Beach.

My husband and I traveled with our adult daughter and grandson. The bedroom set up was perfect for us. The condo was nice, decently stocked, clean. The complex was clean, well taken care of and quiet. Bathroom I'd like s bit small but has all you need. Plenty of bath and beach towels, and chairs, umbrellas and coolers for the beach. We bought sand toys that we left, so there should be toys until they break or get lost. Pools are also nice. Hot tub is over-chlorinated. For us, the mattress was too squishy. The twin beds too hard. Not a bad walk to the beach. Would recommend.

The condo complex is amazing and the condo was nice and well stocked. I was so excited when we first got there. Location was great close to everything if you don't have a car. The park across the street was great too. Clean well cared for complex but they had closed the inside club house due to corona and I was unaware till we got there. Not the owners fault just how it is now. This is the problem we had. We arrived late Wed. night and the ac worked fine. They have you set it on 82 when you leave so it is very hot when you get it. It cooled down ok but kept getting hotter has time went on. My husband is a certified HVAC tech and fixes furnaces and ac for a living. Friday night it was up to 82 and we called the agent to tell her it was broken. She tried to tell my husband that we set it too low and broke it. He explained to her how it works and how that was impossible. She said see if it cools down over night and call in the morning. He said I've been watching it for 2 days it's not going to just start working. The next morning we called her. She called the owner and she called back a few minutes later saying ABC air would be out. We waited ALL DAY FOR ABC AIR. They never came or called. The agent called Sat. night late and asked if they had come. NOPE! The next day I googled ABC and called them myself. No answer and it appeared that they only work M-F. Remember my husband does this for a living. He is on call all the time and knows exactly how weekend calls go. It is like an extra 40 bucks to come on the weekend. Some times he is none stop going like when it is 90 or 10. He has to prioritize calls. If a freezer at a restaurant isn't keeping 1000's of dollars worth of food cold he has to go there first. Finally Monday morning the guys called and came first thing. They added freon. Took about 7 minutes and the condo finally cooled down. I asked them if they do weekend calls they said no. So the owner new that they were not coming till Monday. Guess 40 bucks was too much more to spend so we could enjoy our vacation. We wasted an entire day waiting for them to come! We couldn't go far from the condo thinking they would be there any time! I would 100% stay at the complex again but not that unit!
