There are two bedroom suites with private baths. Each bedroom has new slider doors that open to screened in lanai with beautiful Gulf Views. Both rooms also has new furniture, mattresses and flat screen t.v.'s. Each bathroom is completely renovated with brand new walk in shower, new vanity, toilet, lighting. paint, ect.

One bedroom has a King bed and 2nd bedroom has two queen beds to sleep 6 comfortably.
Kitchen is brand new with new cabinets, granite counter tops and appliances. The kitchen is also completely stocked with everything that the cook might need to make your stay comfortable. All new cookware, glasses, flatware etc.
Living room has beautiful new slider doors that open to lanai. Living room also new furniture, 55" flat screen t.v. with cable, and free wifi.
All rooms have new ceiling fans, paint and new molding.
Condo is only a few steps to the #1 beach. Beach lounge chairs are supplied free of charge right in front of condo.
Gorgeous Gulf views from both bedrooms and living room. Lay in bed and open your eyes to a beautiful beach, water view.

The famous free Siesta Key trolley that will take you anywhere on the Key stops and picks up in front of the condo complex, so convenient.

Beverly N.Relaxing getaway
We had a really nice week in this condo just steps to the beach. The powdery white sand never gets hot.The condo has all of the essentials and more. Very comfortable. And there’s a nice pool if want to switch up your routine. No need to rent a car with the free trolley going up and down the Main Street all day. This was a very relaxing place to be!

Karen D.Wonderful Siesta Key stay!
The 5th floor condo had a great view of the beach from the lanai! The kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. It was nice that the kitchen and baths had been remodeled. Overall very convenient location with several restaurants/bars within walking distance. For travel to the Village, there’s a trolley stop in front of the complex. We enjoyed the clean pool & quick access to the beach, complete with lounge chairs!! The owner Ruth was very responsive and addressed a minor concern we had with the dishwasher. A suggestion would be to add some hooks for bath towels in bathrooms. Also, the couch and chair in living space could use an update. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

This 5th floor cond in located right on the beach. and has its own parking spot for your car, but there is a free trolley which you can catch right out on the road that will take you to restaurants and shopping areas. The condo has all you need and has laundry facilities close by. The most amazing thing for me was that the sun shinned every day and temps. were in the upper 70's. Sunsets were absolutely beautiful. Ruth was always available to help with a problem or advise.

I have been going to Siesta Key Beach for years and this is my absolute favorite place to stay. The place is clean and well taken care of. The views are beyond stunning. Unbelievable beach views. It’s a very comfortable place with all the amenities that you can need. The owner was super easy to work with and always available. It is in a perfect location, close to everything. Definitely staying again.

Ruth was so amazing, Almost as amazing as her condo! She was so knowledgeable and so accommodating! Her remodeled condo is beautiful and love the extra touches. Owning rentals previously she did everything right in her condo and how she is on top of everything. The views were amazing We can not wait to go back next year.

Yes the condo complex is directly on the beach, just steps from the condo door. Beach chairs and lounge chairs are provided free of charge at beach entrance.
Yes there are beautiful views from both bedrooms and living room. The view that you see in the pictures are taken right from the lanai/patio. There are 3 sets of slider doors that each go out onto extra long lanai. A beautiful view and breeze to enjoy morning coffee or read a book.
No, there are free trollys and free jitneys that take you the length of the Key. You can call a jitney and they will pick you up, they just work on tips. The free trolly picks you up outside the condo by the road and they take you to the public beach, stores or the famous "Village"
