This beautiful large vacation home close to Disney is located on the desirable West Haven community. The home has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms sleeping 16 guest and is perfect for families, larger groups or Golfers wanting to enjoy the world class courses in the area.
The villa has a very spacious sitting room with lots of comfortable seating and large screen TV.
Full air con and high speed Wifi throughout.
With a conservation view, private pool and spa this home is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day visiting any of the popular attractions within the area. Outside covered dining area, great for al fresco dining. The pool/spa can be heated for an additional fee.
The home comes with a fully equipped large kitchen, breakfast bar (or cocktail bar) and dining area with enough seating for everyone

The Shire at West Haven is a beautiful sought after gated Community only 20 minutes from Walt Disney World. Whether it's walking, relaxing by your private pool, using the gym or relaxing by the communal pool this resort has got you covered. As you arrive you will be greeted by a secured gated entrance. Once you enter you can easily move around the resort. Only a short ride away from the popular Champions Gate area where you will find shopping, bars, restaurants pretty much everything you would expect to see.

About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

We stayed here at the end of April 2021. It’s a nice place to stay. And would stay again without hesitation! My only recommendations are to power wash screen, patio furniture, driveway and walkway and include the pool heat fee in nightly fee! It’s worth it and the cost would still be reasonable! We had no issues during our 4 night stay. We loved the place!

many thanks for your review, we are really pleased you enjoyed your stay. The patio gets jet washed twice a year and is due one this month. Pool heat is expensive and we have to charge a small extra for it. Some guests don't want pool heat as they don't use the pool, so would not be good for them if we include heat in the rental rate. My house was on Otterpool in Kissimmee. The location was great, the area was quiet and exceptional clean. The pool temperature was good for my family and I. What impressed me the most was the communication with the host. She responded very fast and answered all questions.

The house is stunning. Well appointed, modern and a lovely heated pool. Large rooms, washer, dryer, everything you need for the family. Sleeps up to 10 comfortably. Grocery and conveniences very nearby. Secure gated community.
