If your travel itinerary is such that you need early check-in or late check-out, let us know and we will try to accommodate.
Primary renter must be 28 or over and must be staying in the vacation home during reservation period.
After your departure, the accommodation is inspected by Housekeeping Inspectors. The accommodation must be left in reasonable and clean condition or extra cleaning charges may be imposed by an hourly rate. In the event that it is found that the accommodation incurred careless damages, requires excessive cleaning, or has missing items, the guest acknowledges and agrees to replace said items at the fair market price, invoices will be provided if necessary.

We protect security of our guests. For this reason we have installed a security system incl. bulglary and fire alarm. There are also the following outdoor cameras in use:
1. Outdoor camera front door (covering entry area)
2. Outdoor camera carport (covering driveway/carport)
3. Outdoor camera pool (covering pool water surface)
4. Outdoor camera porch (covering sliding door and part of porch)
Obviously there are no cameras inside the house! Captured data will be deleted in 24 hrs automatically.For your comfort there is a given option to deactivate devices, please let us know in advance. Later complaints will be not accepted. We point it out, all our devices will be used for security purposes only.

We offer especially for our "little" guests a Kid's Corner, with toys. Furthermore we have to bicycles our guests. It’s super easy to plan fun things to do with kids in Daytona Beach. The house is well located, close to Daytona beach and to all other entertainment places. Very well equipped with quality items, plates, linen, towels, pots and pans…. The bed are extremely comfortable. I wish I could have taken one mattress with me, back home. To top it off, Jan was a Super Host, answering efficiently to all my emails, alway helping to make our stay more pleasant. Thank you so much Jan. We will definitely rent again that nice home, next time we ll be in that area.

We had the most wonderful stay! The beautiful home was spacious and super clean! The beds were comfortable. We were in town to see our new grand baby and this home was a perfect setting to enjoy family time and family dinners. We played games and relaxed in the screened in porch. We were very pleased!!

The home was very clean & the property listing was as described. The house provides all of the comforts of home & was in a great location. Overall this property was just as pictures displayed. We did not need to purchase bath towels or linens. The property owner was always available & responsive to any needs.

Our family came to Daytona Beach for the first time. The house was awesome. Pool and area were spectacular. Nicely located with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to and so relaxing. We would definitely return to Move INN again in the future and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great getaway in a convenient location.
