3970 sq. ft. Lovely remodeled and refurbished 5 bedroom 5.5 bath pool home on desirable St. Armand's Circle! This 3,000 s.f. home comfortably sleeps (8) in beds, and has T.V.'s in the family room and living room for when the family is not enjoying the caged pool and spa. Professionally decorated, quality surrounds you whether it be the wonderful appliances, the new furniture or the luxurious bedding. There is seating at the dining table for 8 and room for more at the breakfast bar. There is a gate to the driveway but it is not operational at this time.
The famous white sands of Lido Beach is less then a mile away offering sunsets of a lifetime!
Walk 150 yards to St. Armands for dinner or night out, before returning to a lighted heated pool and spa to end the evening. The pool deck is complete with recliners, chairs and a dining table for real outdoor living. Retire to comfy new beds which will insure a blissful sleep to start the new day. Visit this home once and you will return! If you would like to use bicycles during your stay, please let us know and we would be more than happy to help with a rental!

The booking is not final until you get the Guest License Agreement from Precise Realty Corp. 50% of Total Rental amount is due upon booking the reservation, and the balance due 90 days prior to the arrival date. There is a 12% Tax and Cleaning Fee of $550.00. Pool/Spa Heat $200/week, and is not optional. No pets please
.Standard Cancelation policy: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. If the Landlord is able to re-lease the premises for the entire time frame of the Guest License Agreement, they will refund Tenant’s money, minus 18% of the rental amount for processing fees.
Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
In the event guests are unable to reach their rental destination due to Florida State or US Federal Government Travel Restrictions within 60 days prior, owner will offer the choice of a credit or full refund. The credit or refund will only be available if the travel restrictions are current at the time of request. A credit or refund will not be considered if travel restrictions are imposed after the arrival date.

SpencerAmazing home, location and host. Jennifer was very accommodating and helpful throughout our trip. St Armands Circle is the best location to be at. A short walk away from lido beach, some of the best restaurants and shops right outside your door and if you are lucky the art festival or Cars & Coffee will be going on during the weekend. Its great to be able to walk anywhere or hop in a car and a short drive gets you to beautiful Longboat Key or downtown Sarasota.

There were 2 pack and plays provided as requested for the 2 babies. Location of the house is amazing! Could easily walk to the beach and also to the circle for food, drinks or ice cream! Pool area and outdoor space was amazing! Host was very friendly and was very quick to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend this house for your vacation. Jennifer was so responsive, helpful, and attentive to our every need. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. The fencing around the pool was perfect with our two one-year-old grandbabies. The location to Saint Armand’s is ideal as well as the close proximity to the beach. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful, including the management and the cleaning crew. This is definitely on our list when we return.
