This home can alternately be leased at the guest's option as a 4 bedroom 4 bath including the guest apartment (with separate kitchen, living room and laundry) for an additional $100.00/night. We do not lease out the guest house separately to other guests if the main house is leased. Please let us know your preference of the 3 bedroom 3 bath, or the 4 bedroom 4 bath arrangement.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that Tenant elects to cancel this Lease prior to commencement of the occupancy, Tenant shall forfeit any and all funds paid to date for the Lease. If all funds have been paid and the property is re-leased for the days cancelled, tenant shall receive refund minus 18% administration fee.
