No worries about climbing any stairs. This beautiful 1356 square foot jewel has a newer kitchen with hardwood cabinets and granite counter tops along with newer appliances . There’s plenty of room in the dining area with a four person table and 3 bar stools for extra seating.
The living room has a spacious area that consists of a bonus sitting room. There is a 60 inch TV to enjoy. New flooring installed throughout the condo in June of 2022. New tiled shower in master bathroom June of 2022.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a 43 inch TV. A private bathroom featuring a new vanity, an extra large linen closet and a tiled shower plus two larger closets for personal use. There’s no need to leave this comfy unit to get laundry done. There’s a full size washer and dryer in the laundry closet.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed plus a private cozy extra twin size bed in the converted lanai.
There are tennis and pickle ball courts for you to enjoy.
Ashton Lakes is located minutes by car or a short bike ride to Siesta Key. It’s known as a number #1 beach among travel magazines. Residents are able to enjoy the clubhouse, one olympic size heated pool and one smaller one, tennis and pickle ball courts. Next to Ashton Lakes there is shopping plaza that has Detweiler’s Market, which is a family owned business featuring meats, cheeses, seafood, deli, bakery and ice cream. There is also an Ace Hardware, ice cream shop, Dollar General and a nail shop. All this is available by taking the Ashton Lakes walking path located next to the office.

I would highly recommend staying at this condo as it had everything one would need to make their stay enjoyable. The location is wonderful and the condo is on the first floor which helped facilitate carrying in groceries, luggage ,etc The furniture especially the beds were all very comfortable. Everything was in working order and the condo was decorated very tastefully. I especially enjoyed being able to walk to a grocery, hardware store, and a few restaurants. It is pet friendly and has many spaces to walk the dog. The landlord was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

We stayed at Jef and Jennifer’s wonderful condo for the month of December. We found the condo to be located in a very nice complex and only a few minutes to everything siesta key has to offer. The condo was exactly as advertised. Warm , comfortable ,updated and spacious. It’s in a very friendly complex. We met several of the residents who made us feel very welcome. My wife and I would highly recommend considering this condo for your stay.

We stayed for the month of March 2023 and enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect for Siesta Key Beach and the neighborhood was quiet and neighborhood very friendly. We enjoyed the pool area and amenities. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels, sheets and cooking tools.
