This spacious villa offers all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves! The villa has two master en-suites (one is on the second floor and the other on the first floor) with king and queen size bed and its own large private bathroom, one queen bed for the 3rd room, two kid rooms with twin beds, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. It is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem.

Our family were there for 2 1/2 weeks and everyone loved it. Location very close to parks,restaurants and stores.Grandkids loved the time in the pool. House was big enough for the family and clean.Screens were damaged by a storm but fixed in a timely fashion.Only issue was Bbq tank was empty and we had to refill.

As a family we all enjoyed our trip to see Micky Mouse and friends. The house was close to the Disney attractions, and we took them all in. Master bedroom was in great shape with a comfortable bed and a large walk in closet (nice) With a big bath tube and a good shower looks to be fairly new. The living room was OK but could use some update on the furniture (is old and has seen it better days) Game room was ok but we did not go there to play games. Had some complaints about the rest of the bedrooms, beds to old and were too hard to sleep on, not comfortable. Kitchen was good enough to cook on with all the tools that you need to prepare a meal. The biggest bright spot of the place was the SWIMMING POOL. Kids loved that. It was just right and 3' on one end and 5' on the deep end, just right for our young grandkids. All in all it was OK And I would stay there a gin, but does need some work to bring up to very nice.

Family vacation 2020. We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It was absolutely amazing the Villa was huge on the inside. It accommodated my entire family. Everyone had their own room. Rooms were very spacious with a great view of the outside from every room especially the primary room downstairs by the pool. Game room was great entertainment once it started to storm. We had unlimited fun!!!! Even my 3 month old he just knew he was on vacation. He slept throughout the day and night after his feedings. I was shocked he never sleeps no more than 10 -15 minutes at home. Thank you Ann & Gary for an awesome 2020 vacation at your Villa.

The house was clean and was perfect for our needs. There was only 6 of us as my daughter and husband were supposed to visit us for a couple of days, but due to the Covid-19 all military personnel were ordered to cancel any trips. The location of the house was also convenient. We felt safe and the children thoroughly enjoyed the house and the pool. To quote our 7 year old “ The house is awesome and the pool and hot tub is awsome”
