This is the second time we've stayed at Ann and Gary's propertys in the Emerald Island community and we're already looking forward to next year. The main business drag outside of the property has everything you would want or need with more construction going on. And only a 5 minute drive away.

This home is PERFECT!

We’ve rented many vacation homes near Disney, and this is by far our very favourite. Not only is the house beautifully maintained but the owner John is very attentive and accommodating. We have already booked for two months in 2024.

Back at last

We had a great time whilst we were over here. Superb weather for October. Back to emerald island, such a lovely place. The villa, I am an honest person, I’ve stopped in many villas in my 20 years of visiting Florida. They all seem to have the same layout, same fixtures and fittings , but with their own little touches. Judging by the other reviews on vrbo, mine isn’t going to be any different I don’t think. But I must reiterate, I had a good time at this villa. I found the furniture very dated throughout. Some items ripped, nothing matched in the living room. Towels, we’re in short supply considering the size of the villa, and were very worn , some even had holes in them No games room, even though advertised on vrbo as having one. No security on back patio doors, just a bent piece of metal as a makeshift bolt, no patio alarm on door, I’m sure it’s law to have one, pool area gate didn’t even click together to shut. The pool shows lots of wear and tear, outside needs a good paint and the jacuzzi doesn’t bubble, I tried emailing the maintenance as requested, but they didn’t even reply. Paint missing from the walls where the beds have scraped rubbed the walls. Not enough seating for all occupants to sit out side, even though the photos actually show plenty. A bit disappointed really , but in the end we made do and carried on. I’ve stopped in much better for the money. I know you can’t please everybody

Great experience

We stayed at the property in June 2022. Owners were great to work with on short notice. We had a house renter from a different owner that sold the house and didn’t tell us. The owners of this property went out of their way to help book the property. They were very responsive and easy to work with. I would rent from them again.

Horrible stay.

Paid for pool heat but they did not heat the pool and are refusing to refund the cost of the heat. Game room is a dump, the TV remotes don’t work, communication has been awful. The BBQ is an embarrassment. They don’t even know how to properly open the front door. Do not rent from these fools.

Excellent experience

My family and I stayed at 2715 fiesta drive in Kissimmee, our experience was excellent. Great location, friendly service, clean and orderly living space, not to mentioned weekly cleaning of the indoor pool and hot tub. We were there for 7 nights and enjoyed our vacation rental every night. Highly recommend reaching out to Ann and Gary on their properties. Will be visiting again in the future.Thank you for making our stay in Florida that much more memorable.

Perfect!

The home was beautiful and very close to Disney! The kids loved the pool and loved that the kids park was right across the street from the house. Ann and Gary were very easy to work with and responded back quickly. We can’t wait to book with them again!

Best Family Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 18 day stay, the house was clean and safe. We enjoy booking with Ann and Gary, weve booked our stay with them more than once. Always very accommodating! The hot tub was used every day and the pool was perfect for our 3 rambunctious children. Best family vacation ever!

Perfect

My friends and I decided last minute to celebrate The Forth of July together . The owners came through for us at the last minute!! Without them we wouldn’t have spent out last time with a friend before she died together . The house was perfect for us and our tribe of children! We never left . Birthday with sisters

The house was Beautiful and spacious. My family really enjoyed it. Very nice location. Only draw back was you can only have 5 cars and it was 6 cars. But the neighbors were very nice to let us park in fro t of their home. The home was very family oriented. We hope to rent it again in middle of August . Ann was very nice and answered email quickly. AMAZING STAY

This house was phenomenal, it was beyond our families imagination. A Dream House. Everyone was comfortable, the rooms were big and spacious, the kitchen living room open area was amazing, the games room was the best and the pool and spa, BBQ and outdoor fridge was a bonus. We had a few issues with the heating of the pool and the house phone never worked, but the Owners and Property Manager were great with assisting us. There was a playground steps away from the front door where the toddler enjoyed her playtime, and the Gated Community made my entire family feel secure and safe at all times. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK TO THIS PROPERTY. :-)

Great Location!

This home was perfect for our large family. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and also gather togerher. We appreciated the quick and easy drive to Disney. Ann was great getting back with quick email responses. Looking forward to renting a different home from the same owners in December.
