The beach villa was right on beach. Easy access. Very clean and well managed. Communication was good with owner. Neighbors super nice. I liked it better than a condo or hotel to where kids and people running up and down hall. It was quiet and spacious.

This townhome was so nice! Fabulous views from LR and upstairs MBR. Two sets of sliders upstairs off MBR is so cool. My friend and I stayed for a week.] Weather was great! Dave Kottman is always super attentive and has great folks on staff in PCB to attend to anything you need. We really loved this townhome because each of us had a king size bed and a tv in our room. Rainhead shower head and granite is nice. Sunrise off the deck & beach is so amazing. This unit Sailfish III is near the end and we liked that as well.

Great beach front townhouse at Panama City Beach, Florida. Location is close to shopping & attractions but also in a area that’s quiet and family oriented. And I can’t leave out PET FRIENDLY. I hope to visit again soon. :)

The unit is well equipped and very clean. It is an older unit but is very well maintained and updated. I love that you park right at the back door walk right in and there are no elevators or crosswalks with crowds of people trying to cram in. Best of all you walk right off the deck down the steps onto the sugar white sands of the beach. AWESOME!

Our stay was just perfect! The townhome was very spacious , nicely updated and couldn't be any closer to the beach! Seriously just steps to the beach! No elevators no noisy neighbors ! Beach could not have been more beautiful! Dave the owner was very easy to work with! We loved it!
