What a view!

Nice condo on the beach with a view to make memories. Quiet and friendly neighbors, nice pool to soak up some sun and a beach for early morning walks. Condo was very pleasant to stay in. Master bedroom was very spacious with bathroom and shower. Guest room also was nice with connecting bathroom and shower. Wi-Fi and cable worked fine. Nice area with grocery store and restaurants nearby. Barbara was great to work with and would recommend her place to stay.

Everything we expected

Loved the condo, the location, the balcony - direct ocean front. Very clean, and practical - there's a Publix just across the street. Loved it so much, we're going back this summer. Barbara is wonderful, very helpful. Well equiped kitchen, but also some nice restaurants in the area if you don't feel like cooking.

Wonderful!!

Second year and once again, perfect vacation! The condo is all you woukd want and need, and the view is breathtaking! There's a public across the street and many breweries and good food in the area. Once again, thank you Barbara!!! Till next year.

Beautiful ocean front view

The location was excellent. Barbara responded quickly the few times we had questions. The beach is wonderful, nice waves, etc... The pool is a little small and usually crowded but we went there for the ocean, not the pool. Comodities very close to the condo. St. Augustine is a short distance and a MUST see.

Three weeks of fun

Best location in Ormond Beach!

So happy with our beautiful, well equipped condo choice. Perfect for shopping, restaurants and great views of the ocean and beach! The heated pool was amazingly comfortable and clean. Barbara, the owner, was so accommodating and hands on. Such a wonderful experiemce!

Heavenly!!!

Beautiful condo, the view from the balcony was amazing! The condo was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need to help make your vacation perfect. Barbara was a pleasure to work with, warm, friendly and very helpful. We have been coming to Ormond beach for years, but her condo at Ormond by the Sea is a little piece of heaven. We loved our stay at Seawinds and will definitely come back. Thank you Barbara!!

Wonderful

Barbara's condo is everything the pictures show and more. It was very inviting and well stocked with several kitchen essentials, even coffee and sweeteners. There are several books, a few games and puzzles for the occasional rainy day. These came in handy with my 7 year old grandson being with us. The condo is convenient to Publix, Dollar Tree and Dunkin Donuts. We made the walk a couple of times to Dunkin and Seven 11 for Slurpees. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely consider coming back.

Oceanfront Vacation Rental condo Ormond Beach. Ormond By the Sea

The condo was exactly as presented in the photos. The condo is clean and tidy. Instructions for getting into the condo were clear. Barbara was very helpful. We especially enjoyed the view from the balcony. Sunbathers, surfers, castle builders during the day and crab hunters and beach walkers with flashlights at night. The condo is within walking distance to Publix and other stores. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Great Vacation Spot!

My family and I had a great time staying in Ormond. Quiet little beach, and very kid friendly with many local stores and restaurants close by! The condo was so comfortable and accommodating to my family, it felt like home! We will be back!
