This was our third stay in this beautiful home! It has everything we require in a vacation. It’s peaceful and very quiet and just a short drive to all sorts of amenities- shops, restaurants, the beach etc. My husband is a keen golfer and there are plenty of courses for him to choose from. The home itself is equipped to a very high standard and beautifully appointed. Joni is just a text, call or email away for any enquiries you may have too!

Stayed for month of March in this beautiful home. It is in a quiet private location. We especially enjoyed the pool with lanai. All the amenities are as shown in pics with no need to bring anything. Beaches and many restaurants are nearby. Perfect family friendly home. Only 1 text to owner Joni and she called in short order.

We had a great time in this lovely home making family memories. It felt like home away from home—that’s how comfortable it felt. Loved the layout of the house with its special touches. The bed in the master was very comfortable—great for a restful night after busy days. Loved the South Gulf Cove area especially for riding bikes. Totally enjoyed the pool along with the grandkids. Our grill master really liked the grill area. Communications with the homeowner were great—always received a response quickly. Would definitely visit again and highly recommended.

We have just spent four weeks in this lovely home. This was our second time staying here having previously stayed at the same time of year in 2022. The house is located on a quiet street and is very well equipped and tastefully decorated throughout. The pool and lanai are very private and the outside kitchen with grill, sink and fridge ensures you can make the very best use of the outside space. Restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and golf courses are just a short drive away Joni and her property management team are just a phone call or email away for any queries you might have during your stay.

Mary S.Lovely winter escape from Minnesota
We spent the month of March staying at this lovely home. It is a clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable home. It had all h hme and pool ammenities we needed. We had children and grandchildren come for a visit as well as some close friends. All enjoyed the home, pool and area. Our 6 year old grandson said it best after spending the evening swimming in the pool with the multi-colored pool lights on - "This is the best night of my life." It is conveniently located with one of the best gulf beaches on Gasparilla Island/Boca Grande 20 minutes away. Joni and Tim the owners, responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We hope to visit again and recommend it to others. Mary

We spent four weeks in this lovely home and enjoyed every minute! The home is situated on a quiet street and is very private. It is very well equipped and is tastefully decorated throughout. The lanai and pool are bathed in sunshine most of the day but with plenty of shade for when you need it. The outside grill, refrigerator and poolside furniture allowed us to spend maximum time relaxing outside. A short trip by car takes you to the beaches, shopping, restaurants and a variety of different activities Joni, the owner, and her property manager are easily accessible by both phone and email for any queries you may have. We were very sad to leave!

Michelle H.Amazing house perfect for our family vacation
We originally booked to stay in April 2020, but had to reschedule due to Covid-19. We were able to visit from Wisconsin for 10 days in July. It was worth the wait! The home has everything you could want or need and even more! The salt water pool is so relaxing and the lights and spa feature are a bonus! The master bath soaker tub is perfect ending for a day at the beach - which are super close to the home.We had a wonderful time and hope to be back in for future stays. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!
