This was a 5 star condo, well stocked with kitchen appliances and crockery and glasses. There was a plentiful supply of towels and even beach towels to go to the pool. The balcony was very comfortable with chairs and tables and was screened in. It looked across the lake at Heritage Pointe.The community was gated and this helped us feel very safe and secure. Air conditioning was first class and kept the condo at an even temperature. Parking was easy with a dedicated spot and a lift to reach the 3rd floor of the building. This was by far the best - and most comfortable “ home from home” condo we have ever rented. Fast internet allowed us to be in contact and two smart TVs ( bedroom and main room ) were very good. I would thoroughly recommend this condo as well as the owner who kept in touch with necessary papers, deposit etc. to confirm booking. *****5 Star

We loved staying in this condo! It is very spacious and nice and Emily was extremely easy to work with. The gym and pool were great and we especially loved the track around the pond. We plan to stay in the same condo each time time we return!

My stay lasted 7.5 months. It was initially booked for only 3 months but I decided to extend it. The location is perfect with quick access the both Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach. The unit is quiet, sunny and faces a pond with the soft relaxing sound of two fountains. I encountered numerous birds, iguanas, turtles and the occasional friendly face of passers by on my morning walks around the pond. I took advantage of the common area which has a fantastic book selection. The kitchen was very well stocked, the unit was clean and quiet. The unit owner was extremely accommodating and responsive - she was the perfect landlord. This is a small and friendly community. I made numerous friends and if you visit, please say hi to Lino for me.

Very spacious condo (especially the kitchen and master bathroom) with a beautiful view. Kitchen was far more equipped than I expected. Lots of closet space. Host was very kind and responsive to any communication. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Prime location allowed for quick travel to anywhere in the Fort Myers area without the hassle of over burdened traffic, which sets this place above the competition. It also has a nice heated pool and hot tub in the community. Thanks again!

We – a group of three golfers from Europe - rented the condo in November – December 2019. We were pleasantly surprised both by the owner's helpfulness and the quality of the accommodation. The condo itself is perfectly equipped with everything a tenant needs for his/her holiday. We liked both the clean community pool, the outdoor grills and the club offering a gym, billiard and a library. Also the price-quality ratio was very favourable. The community is situated quite close to the beach, there are two supermarkets within 5 minutes’ reach and lots of golf courses in the surroundings. We were really excited and recommend the stay in Emily's condo to everybody.
