The living room is a great place to relax & unwind after a busy day at the many attractions here in Florida. You will be able to watch your favourite program on the 55’’ Smart flat screen TV. Lighting can be soft using the 2 table lamps or brighter

Emerald Island resort offers a variety of things to do. The resort stands in 300 acres of conversation woodlands & lakes, making it a true 'land island'.There are two swimming pools & a hot tub, sun loungers & a pool bar. A gym/exercise room, sauna & lounge. A games area/arcade room. They offer concierge staff services, internet, ATM & have a stamp machine for those all important postcards. Out doors you will find a tennis court, sand volley ball & basket ball courts.

This is your vacation home from home. That said I understand you don't just want to swap one home for another or it will not feel like a vacation. Our home is light and vibrant, it welcomes you the minute you park your car on the drive and then enter the home. It is spacious and relaxing big enough for 12 people to gather together to swap the days memories from your day at Disney, Universal or a day exploring Orlando. To relaxing around the pool, enjoying a meal outdoors or just topping up your tan on the sun beds.
What ever you decide, you will leave our home with many happy memories of your time in Orlando.

Emerald Island is located just off the 192, between mile markers 4 and 5 and is a sought after area with restaurants and shops close by
You can reach the Disney Parks with 15-20 minutes
Old Town is straight along the I192. See car cruises whilst having fun at the fair and having something to eat and drink. Checkers is a good choice for a bite to eat.
There are many different restaurants ranging from steak houses - Texas Roadhouse, Italian - Olive Garden, are just 2. Everyone’s tastes are accounted for.
Island Grove Wine Company is located on Formosa Gardens.
Target and Walmart offer your one stop shopping.
Coming soon close by, Margaritaville, with its water park.
There are many places to eat in the area, you could try something different each day

House was located as stated ,15 minute access to all of our Disney visits,shopping and dining . Pool was great for relaxing afterwards,plenty of bedrooms was very nice that they had things set up for the kids , we had slight issue with air conditioning but was fixed in a matter of an hour or two. Great area to stay .

Nice vacation home in great neighborhood. Close to food and attractions. Plenty of room and stocked pretty nicely. If you are there more than a day or two, bring your own paper products. Property manager very quick to respond when we had questions.

We had a wonderful stay at the Windsor Hill Resort in Kissimmee Florida. The home was located near all of the attractions and places to eat. The play house in the home gave us plenty of opportunities to spend time bonding as a family. The kids loved the swimming private pool. We could not get the Hot Tub to work. The owners of the Vacation home were very helpful throughout our vacation experience. My family dose plan on a return visit in the near future.

We’ve stayed at this villa twice. The communication from Pam was always excellent, answering our queries but also providing really useful hints and tips for days out, places to eat and shop and so on. Our favourite restaurant was the Longhorn - there was one just down the 192 and also on I-Drive. The IHOP and Perkins closest to the villa are also great!!There are so many villas to choose from but it’s the owners that make the difference and the promptness of replies to the little extras you’ll find out when you book and stay make this villa the best choice.First impressions after the easy drive from the airport were excellent. Such a lovely resort and registering your car took a minute or two. The villa was easy to find then walking in the door is exactly as per the pictures. Everything is to a high standard. There’s everything you need to save space in your luggage for shopping!!The rooms are very well equipped and the beds are really comfy. Tv’s in each room with game consoles in the kids rooms. The garage will be well used with the games or just somewhere to relax.It was very clean on both visits with new equipment the second time which to us showed Pam really looks after her guests.The location itself is close enough to all the main attractions but far enough to be peaceful when enjoying the pool. It’s just off the 192 with all the shops and restaurants together with being a very short distance to Old Town Kissimmee. Kennedy Space Centre and things like the Millennium Mall are within easy drive as well as being able to follow the 192 all the way to the coast. A much nicer drive as it’s really quiet. Cocoa Beach is a bit further up the coast from the beach you get to should you want to visit the Ron Jon shop and Cocoa Pier. Worth the drive if you want a day away from the parks.Honestly couldn’t think of anything we didn’t like. We highly recommend you stop looking and book Pams villa.

15 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal, 58 minutes to Busch Gardens Tampa!!!!!! This house has everything! Just staying by the private pool and hot tub is a vacation!!! This is a wonderful 5 bedroom home, with 4 bathrooms. Game room with fooz ball, air hockey, pool table, video game console and WiFi . Full kitchen with all the appliances and dishes, pots and pans, oven mitts, breakfast table, and a formal dining table and more! There are towels for the bathrooms and extra blankets for the beds. A full size washer and dryer, so you don’t have to overpack. There is a Walmart super center for groceries about 8 minutes away. The next time I come down I am going to do a curb side pickup at the Walmart on my way to the house !!! It doesn’t get any easier than that !! This house has everything but you!!!! Stop wasting money on a hotel!!!!!

Stayed here for 13 nights in May, loved every minute of it.Check in was smooth, no issues at all. Loved the villa, the neighbourhood is lovely is quiet and feels secure. There was never anything to worry about.The villa itself, we just loved, we spend a few nights just chilling in the games room and by the pool. The cable showed Premier League football too, which is always a bonus.Emerald Island is close to the 192, so food options are plenty and you can get to the Disney Parks within 10 minutes.Honestly, I loved it, I'm looking at coming back to Orlando 8th November, with only 3 adults, so sadly this villa is slighty out of our price range. Honestly though, you'll have no regrets staying here. If anyone reading this has any questions about the villa, please message me on here, I'd be more than happy to help you.5/5 easily !

Animal Kingdom is 6 miles, traffic dependent, you can drive there in 15-20 minutes
