Our guests enjoy the use of the resorts facilities such as the two community heated pools, spa, fitness center, sauna, volleyball court, and a new tennis/basketball court. A short walk along the beautifully landscaped grounds to the clubhouse where you can check your e-mail at the Cyber Cafe or play video games with the children in the Arcade, have a cold drink or a snack from the Tiki Bar and relax by the pool. The staff at the Concierge Desk will be happy to help you with any of your vacation needs, like information and directions to restaurants and golf courses, discount coupons and park tickets, as well as transportation, all within a secure gated community.
Our spacious home has four bedrooms, including 2 master suites with full baths and queen size beds, a third bedroom with a full size bed and the fourth with two twin beds. There is also a queen size sofa bed which makes the townhouse able to accommodate up to ten people. There is a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, full size refrigerator) with all dishes and cooking utensils included. There is a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer so you don't have to worry about packing enough clothes for your vacation. All bed linens and towels are included. For your entertainment, the living room and each bedroom has cable TV with HBO. The home has DVD player and wireless high speed internet so bring your laptop. Our home in beautiful Emerald Island Resort is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy a memorable and worry free vacation.

My Disney Townhouse was great for family’s. The location superb, must be one of the closest estates to Disney, close to the shops and restaurants on the 192. We had our 19 month old grandson with us, there was plenty of equipment for him, high chair cot etc. he loved it and the house was very safe for him. Four bedrooms, although we only used two, nice communal pool and the best kept gardens I’ve seen around there. We have been many times to Orlando, rented many houses, this was one of the better ones for value. Thank you Emery and Mary for letting us rent your lovely house

My wife, son and I stayed for the month of April. The resort property is well maintained. Garbage is picked up daily and each home has a bin right in front of the home.The condo was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen had 99% of the things we needed. It's a fairly small kitchen so we stored all of our pantry items on the counter. The beds were comfortable and clean and plenty of towels. The washer and dryer worked well. The A/C worked well, however, the the upstairs bedroom was a little warmer than we liked.I worked remotely so the internet was essential and it worked flawlessly.I would recommend this condo and plan to come back to this condo. The price is very reasonable the host is excellent.The only thing missing from the kitchen was a whisk and peeler but we managed without them.Thanks again for hosting us.

Kevin W.9 Day Stay
Stayed for 9 nights. Lovely house on a nice estate. Was only 2 of us staying this time but with 4 large bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen the house can easily accommodate more. Great location, we even managed a 30 minute walk to the shops and restraunts on US192 highway. Disney is just a 10 minute drive or an 18 dollar uber ride away. Great communication with the owners and overall a totally hassle free place to stay.

I loved the house everything was good. Only thing is furniture needs a deep cleaning or some covers looks like someone might have been smoking and burnt the couch and chair. Beds were comfortable really enjoyed my stay would stay again.

The Emerald Isle resort was easily accessible. The checkin/checkout process was fast and convenient. The best pet was our unit. The owner/host Emery was fabulous. Answered questions quickly, gave us a wealth of great information. Transactions were quick and easy. Refund on our damage deposit was back the day after we left. His townhouse was wonderful. Plenty of space to make ourselves at home. Very comfortable. Everything was just as we needed, wanted and above our expectations. Will definitely check availability for our next trip.

We Loved our stay here! The Villa was clean and we had tons of space. THE villa was one short walk to the pool and playground which was super convenient. The Villa itself was well kept and supplied with almost everything you need. There are tons of towels and linens also washer and dryer which is great. We cannot wait to book this Villa again the property owners were very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had prior and during our trip. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped and theres plenty to do within the community and only a few minutes away from the main drag where you can do all your shopping, eating and activities!

The owner (Emery) was a pleasure to deal with; very quick with responses. The townhouse is large, certainly enough room for 6 - 8 people. Some may find it 'dated' but, who cares..not there to be inside. Everything you need is supplied. Beds are super comfortable. Loved the deck off the upstairs master bedroom. Resort is lovely, quiet, nice pool within walking distance of townhouse. About 10 minutes from Disney but away from the busy 192 Hwy. Lots of shopping nearby. Will be booking for next year if dates available.

We are sorry but no pets are allowed. We are animal lovers but you have to appreciate that there are guests who are not, and who may be allergic to animals.

There are more than I can list here within a short drive. Just to name a few Outback, Cracker Barrel, TGI Fridays, Carrabba’s, Ihop, some restaurants also deliver to the house.
Prior to your arrival you would have been sent instructions on location, driving directions etc, you can find a telephone number for our management company, they are near by and available 24 hrs. for emergency’s
