Why Kids Love It
Kids love the proximity to the beach. We have a wagon to load towels, chairs and a cooler for a short walk to the beach. In the evening, make a small fire in the firepit for marshmallow toasting & smores.
Indian Rocks Beach is a very quaint area with many areas to walk to. Most importantly the beach! It's been refurbished and is amazing. Close restaurants and shops are nearby. Enjoy ice cream from the corner shop. If you want the hustle & bustle of Clearwater Beach, it's a 15-minute drive. Indian Rocks Beach is less croweded and more relaxing.
The beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, gift shops, Holiday Inn Water Park and more are accessible within walking distance.

Having recently completed a great stay at 'Relax at Macks', we can confirm the condo is as advertised and met all of our expectations. It is a short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. We made good use of the beach equipment and the wagon to transport things to the beach. Janelle was very easy to communicate with prior to and during our month there. The condo was very clean, with new or current appliances and plenty of towels, etc. The master bedroom was spacious with lots of closet and dresser storage space. The two queen size beds in the 2nd bedroom are a nice feature not found in many homes to rent in the area. The 'open' living area made relaxing with guests as easy as in our own home. We have already made plans to return next year for an extended stay. Thank you Janelle!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here with our two children. We were pleasantly surprised by the space and layout, along with the thoughtful amenities the hosts provided. It was a short walk to the beach, made even easier with the beach wagon they provided. Our neighbors were quiet, the location is quiet but close to everything you could want. We cooked two dinners and breakfast every day, they have every kitchen tool you need: very helpful.By the time we left, we all said “the next time we stay here…” that tells you it was a GREAT vacation spot. Thanks again to the hosts. We will share with our family and friends too.

Relax is exactly what you will do when you step through the door at Relax At Macks. This unit was beautifully decorated, spotless clean and it truly was a short walk to the beach. Janelle answered my calls every time I called prior to our stay and every time while I was there. We had no issues, LOVED the welcome snack basket, and have already decided we will definitely this will be our new "go to" vacation home away from home. Be sure to walk to the Kooky Coconut for some delicious ice cream after watching the beautiful sunset.

We love Indian Rocks Beach. We had stayed in a large condo last year but thought we would give this place a try. We are so glad we did. The location was great. It was nice and quiet there. Janelle and Bob are awesome hosts! They had everything that we could need/want for our stay. We loved the wagon to take the beach chairs, towels and cooler to the beach. They also had snacks and some bottled water for our stay. We will stay here again on our next visit.
