"THE ULTIMATE" is a fabulous large classic beach house with partial and ocean views. There are 3 master bedrooms, 1st Master with Queen bed on the 1st floor & bathroom, 2nd Master with King bed on the 2nd floor with bath and balcony overlooking ocean and the 3rd Master with King bed on the 3rd Floor with 2nd living area. There is a living area on the 1st floor with dining & main kitchen and a secondary living area on the 3rd floor with game room and pool table for watching spectacular sunsets in the evening with a secondary full kitchen & bar for enjoyment.
The beach access is directly in front of this house with quick easy access within 45 second walk and the video tour shows you the exact walk to the beach, very easy.
This is in the perfect location on the quiet side of Panama City Beach & Laguna Beach and close to Pier Park & Rosemary Beach for quaint shops and restaurants where you can enjoy evening movies on the Beach.
There are other homes next to this home that can be rented together for another5 & 6 bedroom home and can be grouped together to accommodate 52+ guests. Great for family reunions, weddings on the beach & group retreats.
Once you are out the front door, it is less than 50 seconds to the beach and your feet are in the sand. These homes have spectacular oceanviews!! This home is located right in front of beach access number 77 so quick easy access. The road is a quiet road and easy to cross to access the beach.

There is a great beach in front of the house and the beach access is directly in front of the house and access #77.
Each unit is fully equipped, including a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, 400 + count linens, TV/DVD, washer-dryers. We are centrally located and within easy walking distance of shops, groceries, dining, and the always popular donut/icecream shop “Famous Thomas Donut Shop”. Bike, moped and canoe rentals are also close by. Some of the best sights of Panama City are within five minutes drive, including Pier Park and 30A with Rosemary Beach with quaint restaurants and movies on the beach. We are less than 25 minutes from the Airport. There is high speed internet and wireless.

CarolGreat beach trip with a Large family
We had the best family getaway at this vacation rental! The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The 3 master bedrooms with king beds were perfect for our group and we all had privacy. The kids (and adults!) had a blast with the pool table—it was a fun bonus that made our evenings even better. The location was literally 50 second walk to the beach. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Great unit! Andy was excellent before during and after our stay. Could not have asked for better service. The home was great—only one complaint—stains on 3rd floor bedspread. Beautiful comfy sectional on 2nd floor was so nice to sit w everyone and watch tv or chat. Will definitely rent from Florida rentals again! (Already looking at another trip!)

We had four families staying in the house and there was plenty of room. It was clean and fairly well equipped. There wasn't a blender and large pots/pans for cooking were not included. There was plenty of flatware and most of the common used utensils. The ice maker did not work and after the first day it never made more than about 20 cubes of ice. The linens were very nice and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed our visit especially the close proximity to the beach. The pool is very small and is shared with two other houses. There were pool hogs in the house closest to the pool and they basically dominated the pool for our entire visit, setting up a table in the pool blocking the steps and they played beer pong so it wasn't conducive to having the kids out there at the same time. We were able to sneak in a few times so it wasn't a total miss on the pool. The trash was constantly overflowing at the road including the day we arrived and even though there was two days of trash pickup they would only pick up what was in the bins, nothing from around the bins so there were flies and trash all over the ground from start to finish. I gave 5 stars because the home itself was nice and as stated clean and the price was very reasonable. We enjoyed the visit in spite of the small issues listed and we would return again.

We spoke to the other guests about the pool usage and discussed a schedule for each home, this is usually not an issue and the pool is empty most of the time. The location of this home is amazing. It is literally across the street from the beach! Everything was as described. The home was in great shape and was very comfortable. The only issue is that people staying in the home behind us were coming into the pool area because it was not locked. Also, there are not a ton of small kitchen appliances, such as a blender etc.

The location was great! Right across the street from the beach! We had more than enough room! We had 3 different families and we had enough space for each couple to have a bedroom and the kids/teens had bunk bed rooms to share. The location is not too far from Pier Park. Very nice neighborhood! We definitely would visit again!
