Lovely, comfortable condo

This condo has a beautiful oceanfront view from the top floor of the complex. The condo is very comfortable with lovely furnishings. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals while gazing out at the beautiful view. Building access and parking is convenient. Pool area is very nice. Beach is easily accessible and clean. We absolutely loved our stay in this lovely condo.

Beautiful Condo and Beautiful view of the Ocean

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely Oceanfront Condo. There were so many things we liked, it is hard to name them all. Cooking is something we enjoy doing and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and equipment that we needed to make our meals. For those few times we did decide to explore some area restaurants, there are some really great places to eat in the area. A grocery store is also around 2 miles away in case you need to stock up on food supplies. The condo was ultra clean, and also has a washer and dryer which is so helpful. We loved the beautiful walk-in shower in the master bedroom and my wife loved the thick, fluffy white towels! Inside the condo are numerous board games, DVD movies, reading books and cable TV. Something for everyone! Walking on the beach is something we love to do and this beach is perfect for that activity! The heated pool was so relaxing! We enjoyed our stay so much, it was very quiet and peaceful and we always felt safe, which was a tremendous blessing!

Perfect vacation

Property is one of the best we have stayed at. Joy, the owner, is great with communication and checks to see how things were going. We enjoyed three weeks of beach, sun, seafood and dancing. We will be back again and truly appreciated the condo and of courde the host, Joy who is a joy to work with too.

South Point Condo

Beachfront Ponce Inlet FL, Top-floor Remodeled 2/2 Very nice Condo, top floor, awesome views. Super clean, Joy was fantastic to work with. Got into unit early, very nice accommodations, everything needed to eat in, easy beach access. Condos doing some hurricane damage repairs, but had no negative impact at all to our stay. Plenty of places to visit, eat,etc. in very close proximity. Would stay here again for sure.

Well apportioned and maintained unit in a quiet yet convenient location.

Great quiet location away from congested areas yet minutes to restaurants, shopping and other services. Top floor overlooking ocean with spectacular views on a beautiful wide beach great for walking or bike riding. Well apportioned unit has everything you need for a relaxing and carefree stay. Have stayed here 8 years and never had any issues. Owner very interested in how stay is and and has always responded immediately to any inquiries or concerns.

Charming ocean front condo

This condo was in Ponce Inlet. The area is quiet and lower traffic than Daytona Beach. Several very good restaurants nearby. Loved the area. The condo was comfortable and well maintained, and the owner provided many kitchen necessities.

Beautiful top-floor condo on the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view of the ocean is just amazing. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. We made use of the heated pool since the ocean was already a bit chilly. Overall, a wonderful getaway!

Superb Condominium with Unbeatable View

Our family was wonderfully surprised by the comfort and beauty of Joy's condominium. We were anxious about our stay since our arrival was only a few days after Hurricane Ian, but Joy went above and beyond in preparing the condo for our arrival. There were workmen on the premises during our time there, but we hardly noticed them as we enjoyed the coziness of the beautifully decorated and fully equipped interior. The view from the oceanfront balcony was magnificent and ever changing. Frequent sightings of dolphins certainly added to our enjoyment. We have stayed in several beachfront condominiums in the area, but none surpassed this one. Joy provided everything one could want or need: from clear instructions on the operation of everything in the condo, to a fully equipped kitchen, to supremely comfortable beds, to beach chairs for those lazy days in the sun. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and we eagerly look forward to our next visit.

Ocean views were spectacular

We loved staying at this Southpoint condo! Joy is very accommodating and quick to communicate through texts. Condo is in a well manicured and quiet section of Ponce Inlet. The condo is on top floor with nothing but ocean and beach views. Decor was very nice and updated. Showers had great water pressure and kitchen was well equipped. Condo was smaller than what we normally rent but it was a perfect size for the two of us. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best places you can stay while in Ponce inlet

This is my families second time staying at this beautiful condo. We loved it the first time so we had to revisit. The condo is clean and the owners are amazing with communication. The family atmosphere makes you feel at home. The location was honestly the best because you drive one direction and hit the dolphin tours and the lighthouse then you go the other direction and there’s some amazing restaurants and ice cream shops to eat at. We even walked down the beach to one of the local restaurants. Our family created unforgettable memories here, highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway.

Perfect view, responsive hostess

Highly recommend this part of Ponce Inlet. Close enough to everything, but most importantly....the sounds of the waves and amazing view from the master and living room made this a great pick for my family! Joy was responsive and very understanding. She also warned us about construction, but it was not an issue for us at all. Always had a parking space and no noise. Would book again!

Amazing Condo

We enjoyed our stay. This was our 2nd year in this beach front building and it's the absolute BEST location!! Easy access to the beach, no wait on elevators, quiet complex, away from the hustle and bustle of Daytona, but close enough to drive for favorite eating spots!! The only thing that was rather aggravating this year was the construction going on. They took up 3/4 of the parking deck, so finding parking spots after going out to eat was somewhat annoying. Televisions are not SMART tv's, so no neflix available. We only turned the tv on once during our 7 day stay, so we didn't even realize it until the last day when it was too rainy to get out on the beach. The ice maker didn't work, so we did have to buy bags of ice everyday. Even with these issues, I would definitely book again!! Joy, the owner, was accessible by phone anytime we had a question. We will be back!!

TIME OF OUR LIVES

Atlantic side condo

Did day trips, Ponce Lighthouse, Kennedy Space Center, Blue Springs Park, World of Golf, St Augustine, Daytona Speedway. Best Restaurant, Racing North Turn, breakfast -Cracked Egg. Condo was clean, great view, nice beach, smaller than we are accustomed to, but worked out for the 4 of us. Would suggest one more comfort chair. Great place!

Staying here was the most relaxing getaway I have ever experienced!

The location was outside of the hustle of the "real world" but close enough to enjoy restaurants and those forgotten necessities that require a quick trip to Publix. Listening to the roar of the ocean waves breaking on shore and watching the sunrise from a private balcony over looking the ocean was magnificent! My husband and I struggle to get away from work and responsibilities, but finding this beachfront condo only one hour outside of Orlando will make taking short trips very likely to show up on our busy calendars in the future. Everything needed for the couple or family is provided. A kitchen with all the necessities to cook, dvds for the family, and ALL the classic games needed to provide indoor entertainment. This was the perfect place to enjoy our 30th Wedding Anniversary!

Perfect lovely, spaceful,peaceful condo

Location: Beautiful sunrice every morning right on the beach. Perfect day starter. And in the evening sunset with view over de river. Condo: Very nice super clean condo, Love the furniture in the master bedroom. View is perfect from the balcony. Enjoying sunrice, the birds flying by and sometimes playing dolphins. Everytime amazing. Pool is nice for al little swim and chilling on the sunbeds. Beach is in the month november perfect. Love biking on the beach, But also to the river. Location Ponce preserve. Everything is well mentained in and around the building. We enjoyed it very much with lots of yoga and meditation. We recommend this condo with all our heart. Love and light.

Perfect beach condo for relaxing or playing!

The location is amazing! You can easily ride a bike on the beach or even walk to an awesome beach front restaurant, a beach front park/inlet with dolphins and manatee, even see dolphins and so many beautiful birds from the balcony. The inside is meticulously clean and a beautiful space to relax with a romantic master & games/DVD player for the kids. Boogie board or sunbathe in front of the natural dunes which sometimes provide a nest for sea turtles! The kitchen is so bright and convenient to prepare food with a view of the Atlantic. No matter what activity you choose, you can enjoy the gorgeous view, even star-gazing at night. Right across the street you can walk or bikeride to the intercoastal to watch the sunset and boats go by, or even watch from the west balcony. We ALWAYS are thankful to be able to enjoy staying at this lovely condo.

Beach Vacation

Our family decided to take a last minute beach vacation and we were lucky to come across this condo. It was stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella. The unit was exceptionally clean and updated and the owner even went above and beyond to make sure our toddler had a safe place to sleep. I would definitely recommend this condo and plan to visit Joy’s condo again in the future.

Perfect place for great views and relaxation

The condo and location were great. The beach views were incredible. The beach was right outside the condo very convent. The pool was great as well. Everything we needed was in the condo beach chairs/toys etc. The condo was very clean and just the right size. I really enjoyed listening and watching the waves crash from the balcony. The sun reflecting off the beach was stunning. I highly recommend this condo. I can’t wait to go back for another visit.

Amazing Condo!

Joy’s Condo was absolutely amazing! My girlfriend and I had a great time, her condo provides you with everything you could think of from kitchen appliances to bathroom goods. perfect for our family, on the beach, spacious condo, everything you need supplied

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. With our 3 small kids, my husband & I enjoyed the soft sand, playing in the ocean, hiking the Ponce de Leon lighthouse, strolling the beach & watching the sea turtle's nests each evening. Joy's place is in a perfect location. She has everything you'd need to cook meals in the kitchen, a dishwasher and washer/dryer also came in handy. The beds are so comfy. The kids liked the cable tv and beach toys! We watched dolphins from the balcony each morning!! Truly a gift from God. The pictures are exactly what the condo looks like. I hope we can stay again!! Thoroughly perfect beach condo!!

The most well-stocked kitchen ever...even had a slow cooker, storage containers, and essential staples like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. Also, the condo had important beach items like towels, umbrella, chairs, and boogie boards. I would recommend this condo and will rent again if I return to Ponce Inlet.

My idea of a perfect beach vacation is to relax and get away from all the busyness of our everyday lives. This lovely condo offers just that, with all the comforts of home without all the cares. Ponce Inlet has well been known as a quiet, less crowded no drive beach. Top Notch Accomodations

Joy's condo is one of the most beautiful and well-maintained lodging I've been in. We stay at the beach a lot and this pristine condo has a superior layout, awesome views, beautiful Furnishings, the most comfortable beds, and is meticulously cleaned & maintained. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better option to stay at the beach than this one! If you like to always have a great View, this is your place because you can see the beach wherever you are even when you're inside cooking or dressing. Location is excellent! We highly recommend this vacation sanctuary.

Perfect Beach Condo

This condo was perfect for our trip to the beach. The view from the balcony is a stunning look at the ocean. We had plenty of room for four people. All the extras were included like beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Also we had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and entertaining. The location was ideal! We were close to restaurants and shops, but far from the crazy Daytona traffic and tourist traps. I highly recommend this condo!

Perfect Beach Get Away!

My wife and I checked into this beach condo and instantly felt at home. The entire place with immaculately clean and welcoming. We instantly went to check out the master bedroom and were in awe as we opened the curtains and overlooked the gorgeous beach. Every day my wife and I loved waking up and opening the curtain to natural light flooding the entire room. We often ate our meals on the back balcony overlooking the crashing waves or the sunset.From the moment we got into the condo it was evident that the owners did everything they could to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We found a binder full of instructions on how to turn on the TVs, contact information, as well as suggestions for local restaurants.Each day that we went to the beach we noticed that the beach was not nearly as busy as most of the beaches we had visited. More importantly it only took a minute from our front door to access the beach. We were under an umbrella with our toes in the sand and reading our favorite books in no time.What more could you want? This was definitely a memorable experience for my our family we would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

705 has been our Feb. home for the past 6 years and we love it!

Everything is great! We appreciate the improvements you have made. The only thing that might be improved is the cookware. We love the location and our returning neighbors on the seventh floor. Fabulous condo

This condo is located on a quiet stretch of beach devoid of crowds and cars. The view from your balcony is unobstructed. Open a window, the ocean is right there! The property is located near great restaurants and fun shopping!! It has everything you need!! It is immaculate and beautifully decorated! We can’t wait to go back again!!
