Nightly rate is $85 plus Florida sales and Palm Beach County tourist taxes of 13%. Discounted rates are calculated accordingly. Leases more than 6 months in length are not charged any taxes.
Property is offered for immediate occupancy. Future reservations are not being considered until property is occupied and a future schedule can be set based on lease terms.

About the owner: This was our first house and we loved it so much we never could part with it. We live just a mile away and have lived in Boynton Beach for 33 years.
Why this property? Huge trees shade the entire property. In the late 1800s when Nathaniel Boynton founded the city, the coastal ridge was planted with Mango trees and ferns. Some of the trees on the property are over 100 years old, and are ecosystems for birds, squirrels and butterflies.
