This is a true find and a cut above the rest. A great house with an oversized screened in pool with a great lanai. This home has one of the best waterfront views around both inside and out. Enjoy your own newly renovated single family house equipped with brand new furnishings and appliances. We offer plenty of room with accommodations for 12. Turnkey furnished and equipped so all you have to do is work on your tan. We even have all day sun exposure equipped with tall sturdy top of the line wicker chase lounges that are great for sunbathing. We have a second area for barbecues and picnics.

Enjoy a cruise to Anclote key for dolphin watching and sea shell gathering as you explore your own private island. Also take in some incredible Florida shopping and dinning at Dunedin. Finally the home is an easy drive that’s approximately an hour and half to Disney and Universal theme parks.

Area Information
The home is close to many attractions but far enough away to feel like your own retreat. The area is known for our tourism so all the right shopping places and restaurants surround us. We are close to 9 beaches including Clearwater Beach voted #1 in the US for the last two years running. The area is tropical and even a bird sanctuary. We are bordered by many great day trips and activities. Tarpon Springs is an old Florida Greek Sponge harvesting community that has exotic shopping, Greek restaurants, and offers cruises to the private island of Anclote Key. Anclote Island is a local favorite to explore, find sea shells, and watch for dolphins. Just north we have many natural Springs nearby the most notable is Weeki Wachee State Park. The park offers a lazy river for kayaking and a natural water park famous for its mermaid shows. My favorite is the Honey Moon Island State Park with the most hassle free and stunningly beautiful beach you'll ever find!!

Surrounded by great restaurants, great shopping and great attractions making it perfect for your next vacation. We are blessed with great weather year round. A short drive only 28 miles to Clearwater Beach the #1 beach in the US two years in a row.
We are located near US 19 a great thorough fare running parallel to the ocean. US 19 is a great new hwy for easy travel any time of the day. All the highways here are in excellent shape, easy to maneuver and never crowded. We have access to all major forms of public transit. We are are very close and an easy trip to St. Pete, Tampa and Orlando. airports. We have numerous marina's for all boat travel and some are a few miles away. Taxi service, Uber and Lyft offer a cheap night life driving alternative.

My family and I had the pleasure of renting this well appointed, spectacular home several nights. The property is in great condition and came very well equipped. It truly will accommodate up to 12 people. We were a party of ten & had plenty of sleeping space and dining space. The home had a PHENOMENAL kitchen and great patio & pool with lanai. I requested that the safety gate fencing (shown in one of ad’s photos as an availability) separating the pool from the lanai be set up due to having my one year old grandchild with us. Everything was in place and ready to go when we arrived! Yuri, the hostess, was easy and super to work with. Though a little distance from the gulf’s beaches, it was a short and easy drive to the sand & waves. If traveling to the same area, I would definitely rent this property again.
