We loved our stay! Great location, close to shops and restaurants and the Suncoast Beach Trolley stopped in front of our building which made riding the trolley even more convenient. The building is clean and well maintained and the beach view is beautiful. The condo was comfortable and the owners were great to work with. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Can’t say enough about this condo. You will want for nothing. Recently refurbished very tastefully, a real treat to spend time in. Location was excellent , services within the building were also excellent. You really will want for nothing. Highly highly recommend.

Les D.A Million Dollar Sunset every day!!
This was our second time staying at this condo. Great cooperation and communication with the owner. We stayed 5 weeks with the best weather!! Nice friendly condo with just 30 units. Right on the beach with a pool. Pretty much everything that was needed in the condo. Only unfortunate thing was internet out for a day and a half due to needing a new router and next door was undergoing renovations. Both out of control of the owner. We had a great time and hope to return next year.

Condo had plenty of room and (almost) everything we needed for a great stay. Super clean, nice furniture, comfy bedding, lots of towels, and newer appliances. This is the best spot in Indian Shores - the building is very well kept and it’s an easy walk to ice cream, mini golf, and our favorite Hawaiian BBQ spot. We loved the heated pool on the cooler days! Laura was wonderful to work with and made the whole rental process an absolute breeze.We have two improvement recommendations to make this place even more amazing: install a door to the master bath and replace the outdated tub with a shower - one shower for 5 of us was a bit challenging, with many of us taking two a day after exercise and the pool/beach. Other than that inconvenience, this really was a perfect trip and we hope to stay here again on another visit to beautiful Indian Shores!

We don’t like crowds. We loved that this was a smaller building. The beach had plenty of room and the pool was not overcrowded cozy and quiet ! Perfect way to relax for the week. the unit was well equipped as well. Thank you for an easy check in and out process as well.
