Situated right on the beach and across the street from the most beautiful bike trails ever makes this unit sought after.If you have a chance to rent it…don’t miss it. Beautiful condo and a lovely week

We stayed in this lovely beachfront condo for one wonderful week. Everything from our easy arrival and check in to our delight at finding such a beautifully decorated residence to spend our time in was a delight. The grounds of the condo itself were immaculate, the pool crystal clear, and the outside area with numerous tables and grills was delightfully decorated and festive. There was a lot of attention to detail everywhere and it showed. Inside this condo, the kitchen was a cook's dream. The cabinets were filled to the brim with everything you need to cook for your crew, serve cocktails on the lanai, or just enjoy quality time with your family in a lovely open space. On arrival, everything in every area of the condo was spic and span. We enjoyed having detergents, dish washing liquids, fully equipped bathrooms down to unopened soaps in the dish (an unexpected gesture but one that really started our stay off right.). Even garbage bags were provided for us during our stay. We rented bicycles and found them waiting for us on arrival near the closet that held our personal chairs for the beach. All of this was right next to our car which was parked in an assigned covered space right by our condo. We toured the island on bikes easily and were able to make many stops at the local places because these condos are located in such a perfect area to access everything you need. I cannot recommend this particular condo or any condo for that matter in this complex with more gusto. I am sure that any family wanting to spend a great week seeing spectacular sunrises and sunsets from their bedroom windows, from their lanai, or from the beach will love this space. We came home with boxes of gorgeous shells found directly in front of our unit on the beach. We had one slight problem during one of our last nights there when a power surge on the island kicked off a breaker. We couldn't find the box in the condo so I reported it to management first thing the next morning. I give them an A plus and many thanks as there were two maintenance people at our door within 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the swiftness of their response. I recommend a stay here if you are considering Sanibel Island for your next vacation. You won't be sorry if you rent this unit. It is simply wonderful and our stay was really one of the best vacations we have ever had.
