Located in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores, this is a direct oceanfront condo with 2,453 square feet. It was voted as one of the top 10 beaches in Florida. Our unit was first rented in June 2007. This three-bedroom, three-bath condo has top-of-the-line amenities and we have personally picked out every item in the unit. Master bedroom has oceanfront view and the other two bedrooms have views of the Halifax River.
You can enjoy the two outdoor pools and Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean and on rainy days enjoy the indoor pool and Jacuzzi with your provided beach towels. Also relax on the white sandy beaches with plenty to do including golf cart, ATV, and bicycle rentals to ride on the beach. St. Maarten has 400 feet of beach front!
The master suite has an amazing ocean front view. It has a king bed with a Sealy mattress, a 32-inch TV and a recliner chair. The suite has a large walk in closet. It also has a grand private master bath with two sinks, a large walk in shower with two shower heads and a Jacuzzi bath.
There is also an office area with printer and Wifi.
The queen bed has a Sealy mattress with a 32-inch TV and a walk in closet. It also has a private bath with a walk in shower that is handicapped accessible.
The twin bedroom has two adult-size twin beds with Sealy mattresses and a flat screen TV.
Throughout the condo you will find a selection of different pillows for your choosing. We also have hardwood and tile throughout the unit - NO carpet!
Our condo has a laundry room with washer and dryer and beach chairs and a kitchen pantry.
There are $40,000 worth of upgrades including an upgraded heating and air unit with a dehumidifier, under-counter lights in kitchen and each of the three bathrooms that lights your way at night, upgraded lighting throughout the unit, granite countertops kitchen and in bathrooms, and upgraded appliances in kitchen and fully stocked (including a Keurig Coffee Maker). Our unit also has a UV light filter installed to the HVAC unit that kills mold, viruses, and bacteria using UV light.
