The resort is full of lush tropical greenery and hosts eleven swimming pools, five hot tubs, an award winning restaurant, 3 bars with pool side service, tennis courts, a golf course, 3 gift shops, gym, covered poolside cabanas, Starbucks coffee, an Ice-cream parlor and snow-cone stand, Kiddie Splash Pad, and beach service. Our condo is oceanfront and sleeps six, seven people tops. We have an excellent rental history and many repeat guests. Relax in our unusually spacious 1600+ sq ft beachfront condo! We fell in love with the size, location, and extra penthouse level that most Edgewater units do not offer. Our condo is located in the preferred building, Tower I, the most centralized on the Edgewater properties which has the best views of the pool and beach, and the easiest access to the property amenities. The provided photographs say it all!
In addition to the regular downstairs balcony, the huge private 22ftx24ft upper deck is perfect for personal sunbathing or sleeping outside under the stars (we recommend a blow-up mattress) This unit is fully furnished and is upgraded each year, so make yourself at home and experience paradise without leaving the property! This deluxe condo can be considered a three bedroom because of the extra upstairs area containing sleeping quarters, showered bathroom and small wet bar.
The powder soft sand and Edgewater's lush landscaping make it a popular place for family reunions and weddings. No other Panama City Beach Resort has as many on property amenities.

Summer Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Personal checks may be accepted for rent total if the rent is paid a month prior to arrival. All deposits are made through Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash, or cashier's check.
Owner will happily send copy of business registration etc for proof of ownership and identity.
For all dates: There is a $400 deposit that is due to reserve the unit. The reservation deposit converts to a damage deposit at check in. It can be fully refunded upon a cleared check out according to the terms on the rental agreement, but is not refunded if the renter cancels the reservation. There may be an extra fee for any parties greater than five guests.
Rates during non-peak times are listed for no more than four guests and are highly discounted. Extra fees will apply for more than four guests during those dates, especially if the rental does not include any weekend nights.
Monthly rentals are by the calendar month--January and February must be booked together, March may be added to the Jan-Feb booking only. Monthly rental rate is for two guests only.

I had to reserve very last minute. I got SO lucky that Tamara had a cancellation and we were able to grab this place! We’ve been coming to PCB for 15 years and stayed at many places. This was BY FAR the best! So spacious, the top floor sundeck is absolutely amazing! The elevators in Tower 1 were the fastest we’ve ever had. The unit was spotless. Kitchen had more than you could ever need. Plenty of seating for everyone in the group. And the owner was so quick to respond with any and all questions we had. I’m already looking forward to booking this very unit for all our other PCB trips! It only allows me to give a 5 star rating, but I’d give a 10 star if I could! Thanks so much for having us!

When the opportunity allowed us to book a last-minute vacation, it seemed almost too good to be true when Tamara reached out with an opening. I had always wanted to stay at Edgewater, and I could not believe that this beautiful penthouse was open. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Tamara is wonderful host who wants her guest to have an enjoyable experience.Tamara provided us with all the information we needed and made sure that our check-in was smooth.The penthouse was perfect for our family and the view was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and we loved the decks. My teenage son loved having the upstairs to himself.The location is close to several eateries and even Wal-Mart and Publix. They even have an onsite restaurant for those not wanting to cook. We definitely enjoyed the pool and spent a lot a time at beach.Thanks, Tamara, for working with us and making our vacation a memorable experience. We could not have asked for a better host. From the moment I entered the condo, I felt like I was in a dream. The views can’t be any better and sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee every morning was the perfect way to start each day. The condo is very spacious with two master bedrooms with king beds and plenty of closet space. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and new appliances. The fully stocked kitchen made it so easy to make a quick snack or meal. Tamara is an amazing host and human being. My daughter accidentally knocked over a tv and broke it and Tamara was more than understanding, helping us locate a replacement and having it delivered while we were still there. The resort itself is very nice and clean. Tamara is great about communication and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. In fact, I am not sure I can stay anywhere else.

Such a warm and inviting space! Easily the best view in the resort of both the beautiful pool area and the beach. The upstairs deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset or morning coffee. We spent 10 wonderful nights in Tamara’s penthouse. Everything in her condo was immaculate and exactly what you see in the pictures! We had wonderful weather and it was close to many restaurants and shopping. The one elevator near the condo is loud and we could hear it starting at 6 am every morning. The lagoon pool and landscaping is very beautiful. This pool is not heated but we went in it the last day. The beach is kept very clean. Tamara was very approachable and very helpful!

I contacted maintenance about the sounds of the elevator, meanwhile I put a fan in the closet to provide "white noise" for future guests in case the sound reoccurs. My sister traveled with my husband and I for a week of relaxing and beach time. Tamara’s condo was perfect for us. Although we had a few days of rain we were very happy with the time together and had plenty of space to play games,watch tv and relax. Tamara was so accommodating and took care of everything we could have needed. Once we had sunshine we enjoyed the beautiful pool along with beach time. The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and plenty of space for eating. There was plenty of close parking spaces with the elevator being close by. The views of the pool and the beach were spectacular. We highly recommend this condo for a fun time in PCB. We do plan to return!

I stayed a week at Tamara’s Unit/Condo. When I arrived, I was shocked! This place was like staying in a palace. Spotless, up to date appliances and so much room! She checked on me throughout the week and I had ZERO issues! I can not wait to stay here next summer for vacation!!! As a police officer (Homicide Inv) I would recommend this place to anyone. I literally did not want to leave. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Our trip brought together three groups from the same family, totally five adults and three children. This condo had the perfect view you imagine when you envision a beach vacation. Located on the top floor, you see the incredible lagoon pool with tropical plants outlining the edges and multiple small waterfalls cascading directly into the pool. Further out, the beach beckons you with soft, white sand and crystal green-blue water. Deck chairs and umbrellas are available for rent, although we happily just took our towels and laid them out for our group of eight. The condo had a spiral staircase that took you to a third bedroom with its own bathroom and the MOST incredible deck on the roof. The kitchen was perfect, allowing us to cook and was nicely open to the dining room AND living room. The kids loved sitting at the kitchen bar while pancakes were prepared! The table was large enough for all of our meals and game nights. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having three bathrooms. The air conditioning worked very well; even keeping it above 72 was more than comfortable (I am always hot!). That aside, there was a wall air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom just in case it was too hot - which it never was. Along with all this is a washer and dryer which was great, especially with kids and being there for a week. While I personally didn't hang out on the dining room balcony (because I'm always too hot), my niece spent every morning enjoying her coffee and the beautiful view. Tamara was just an amazing host, responding very quickly to any question and being helpful in such personal ways. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Lastly, at the pool there is a kiddie splash area with dumping buckets and splash guns which my great nephew loved - that also was smartly in a gated enclosure so he couldn't just walk off. Beside the pool was a restaurant where you could get out of the sun for a refreshing drink. The kids enjoyed a pizza while the adults had some local shrimp. Both were delicious. Our whole group, and each age within it, had their own special feature they enjoyed. I highly recommend Tamara's condo and her hospitality, if you haven't guessed already!

We have stayed here for several years starting in 2010 for cheer competition on the beach. We have had such an amazing stay everytime and the view is incredible! Check in and out was easy! We liked that the condo sits on the beach and the view is amazing. You can look down at the pretty pool and the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the patio because there was a nice breeze and it was peaceful. Luxury kitchen and baths with large, comfortable king sized beds, slept great. Social distancing is set up on pool deck area and the restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating that is spread apart. We will be back for sure.

We rented this condo for our family that was coming into town for our sons graduation. It was the Penthouse in Tower 1, the most sought out Tower with the most perfect view. It has a rooftop balcony, we enjoyed sitting outside right under the stars at the night. The owner was extremely pleasant, we will definitely reach out to her again.
