Condo itself has all new hardwood floors, a KING Size bed in spacious bedroom, full bathroom, completely new kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinets, window to the Dining/Living room, stainless appliances, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and more.
Living room sofa is a futon sofa to sleep 1 comfortably (would be tight for 2). Separate Lanai area is enclosed but open up the window to listen to the waterfall. And the outdoor balcony faces west and has 2 comfy wicker pub style/height chairs.
We provide beach towels, beach chairs. We are sticklers for cleanliness and have all our vacation properties professionally cleaned before each stay. We also have 24/7 guest services property management for anything you might need.

Thank you again, Barbara and Angelo, for providing your vacation home for our annual trip to Siesta Key. November is our favorite month there, with perfect temperatures and a tranquil setting. The property is so well maintained and in fact they are currently replacing the patio in the outdoor seating and grilling areas. It's a pleasure to rent a unit that is so very clean, accommodating and updated. We also appreciate the substantial inventory of kitchenware. The complimentary trolley is an added bonus and now with its new expanded route, it takes passengers all the way up to Marina Jack's, and through several other shopping and restaurant neighborhoods. No car required! You couldn't ask for a better vacation spot in Florida.

Thank you Barbara and Angelo for providing a beautiful "home away from home" for our spring vacation. We have rented on Siesta Key several times and this was definitely our favorite location. Your renovations are top notch with noticeable attention to detail. The updated kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the superior quality of the linens that were provided and that amazing spa-like bathroom were a treat! The condo is spotless, well-appointed, and very bright with a lovely view of the waterfall and gardens. The pools are clean and well-maintained, as are the four grills and the outdoor eating areas.We have already booked our flights for our return trip in November. Thanks again!!!

Absolutely gorgeous property. The grounds and the property were kept beautifully. All of the amenities that were promised, were there. Being so close to the beach was a plus. There was no need to rent a car because of all of traveling accommodations that were provided by siesta keys. The apartment that I stayed at was very clean and nicely decorate it. The vacation would’ve been perfect had I gotten the code to the apartment is promised. The owner did not text me the code for three days after I constantly text and called. Barbara was very detailed until the last minute in getting me the code. For being a very stressful start, the rest of the vacation was great.

Great location! Loved Siesta Key. The condo was clean and more than adequate. We had enough space and enjoyed the facility . On the down side the patio area is very very small and the bathroom needs updated. The owners where very nice and we would consider returning .

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sweet Siesta Key Condo located in the Harbor Towers facility in Siesta Key. The resort was well maintained and beautifully decorated. Our condo was minutes from the beautiful Siesta Beach, with free trolley service, fitness room, and beautiful pool and tennis courts. The coolers and beach chairs were a nice touch!

We are staying here all summer and it's amazing. Barbara is so nice and renting her unit was easy. Its an amazing place with everything you need. The place exceeds standards. She was very accommodating. It's way to far to walk to the beach but it's about a min by car. No pay parking for the beach. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I am so glad I found this accommodation! right at the beach with private access! 2 min and I am at one of the widest and white powdery sand beach ever visited! Location is the biggest point I would say besides a comfortable set up of the house with proper kitchen and a community heated pool!

We loved this little condo for our family vacation! It is 2 mins, in a car, to the beach- and 4 mins to the Siesta Key shops/restaurants! Very good location to grocery stores and other shopping, as well! Clean and with many amenities provided, we felt like we were home for 2 weeks! We highly recommend this condo for your stay! Barbara and Angelo are wonderful (the owners)!

Great location close to everything really enjoyed the condo and area around it. Close to the bay to watch boats come in and go out. The water display out front is beautiful the pool is great. And enjoyed the workout area.
