Primary bedroom has a 2 queen beds with ensuite and walk-in closet. Spare bedroom has 2 double beds with own bathroom. Living room has a reclining sofa and a love seat. Bedding, linens and towels are provided. Kitchen has a breakfast area with table which seats 2. Dishes, glassware, flatware and pots and pans are provided. Toaster, coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven are also available. Dining area can seat up to 8 people. All furniture and appliances are brand new which includes a 55 inch flat screen TV in both living area and in primary bedroom. Laundry facilities within guest bathroom. We provide tenants with beach towels, cooler, umbrella and chairs.
The pool, bocce ball court, tennis, and pickle ball court are located within a few feet of the condo.

Our stay could not have been made better. Irene was quick to respond to my first inquiry and was easy to contact during our stay. The kitchen is a big factor for me and hers is fully equipped with everything you could need. The unit is lovely inside and we loved watching the evening sunset over the golf course. My husband and daughter both are handicapped and this unit was so accessible for them both. The price is so reasonable for all you get. Located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to shopping. This is our second time here and we hope to return soon.

Condo is well described with accurate description. Great location - close to beach, downtown, Sanibel, and Cape Coral. Nicely updated decor, appliances, and furniture. People in complex were friendly and welcoming when we visited the pool.

We needed a place suddenly due to the sale of our house. Irene responded quickly and worked with us to get us in right away. The condo was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and nicely decorated with a lovely view of the golf course. We enjoyed some gorgeous sunsets! Only a seven minute drive to Fort Myers Beach. If you like, you could bike ride to Bunche Beach. With the split bedrooms, it was a perfect set up for us and our college-aged son, who had his own space near the front door, making it easy for him to come in after work without disturbing us. I really appreciated having a blender so I could make my morning smoothies! I would definitely recommend this place and the owner, Irene.
