Updated bath, game area downstairs, garage if you need, firepit and decks. The beach is about a 3-minute walk. Restaurants and shops are close as well. Enjoy walks on the beach, wonderful dinner at a local restaurant and quiet time in the evening relaxing by the fire pit. Kids love the proximity to the beach. We have a wagon to load towels, chairs and a cooler for a short walk to the beach. In the evening, make a small fire in the firepit for marshmallow toasting & smores.
Indian Rocks Beach is a very quaint area with many areas to walk to. Most importantly the beach! It's been refurbished and is amazing. Close restaurants and shops are nearby. Enjoy ice cream from the corner shop. If you want the hustle & bustle of Clearwater Beach, it's a 15-minute drive. Indian Rocks Beach is less crowded and more relaxing.

Four of us senior ladies enjoyed our stay immensely! A short walk to the beach and so convenient to the museum, thrift stores and restaurants. The rooms were large! The bedding was comfortable and pretty! The condo had every item necessary for a care-free stay! The hostess Janelle Makowski was readily available for our every need and questions! We would highly recommend this property and the island itself! Such friendly people and gorgeous sunsets! We plan to return soon!

We stayed with our 3 young children, and it was the most relaxing family vacation we've ever had. The owners really think of everything possible to make it comfortable and relaxing. Anything you could need is already there, from beach towels and toys, to bikes to ride and a great kitchen for cooking stocked with basics like seasonings and any dishes/utensils you could need. The beds were all very comfortable, and they even had a pack & play for our toddler. Having private laundry was a godsend during a long trip with kids, and helped keep us from having to do everything after traveling home. The walk to the beach was short and easy, and there are tons of other things to do, and lots of fabulous restaurants within short walking distance if you prefer to take a walk instead of driving. We will definitely be back, and would tell anyone who asks that this is the place to stay if you want to feel like you're truly on vacation. Thank you Janelle and Bob for the great stay!

My family just got back from here. Janelle was wonderful about communication and the place was amazing. It felt very welcoming and was VERY clean which pleased us. She was very detailed and everything her house rules were very clear and simple. My mom and 4 children walked to the beach. They have everything that you may need to enjoy a day at the beach. My boys enjoyed the foosball and ping pong table as well. We simply didn’t stay long enough there!
