You can also enjoy a panoramic view of the beach and bay from the open air rooftop, with patio furniture. for lounging and relaxing. Each condo has two bedrooms, with a king or queen bed, 2 bathrooms, and are air conditioned with ceiling fans and ceramic tile throughout. Only steps away from the water, you can take the spiral stairs to the white sandy beaches of Redington Shores beach or just relax and watch the sunset on the balconies or the roof top. An elevator runs from carport to roof. There is also an inside stairwell. Many restaurants are within walking distance.

Roof patio and elevator : This condo has an elevator which takes you from the parking level to the roof. The roof has a beautiful view of the Gulf and the Bay and patio furniture for you to enjoy dining or sun bathing. There are only two condos in this home so if privacy and a relaxing atmosphere is important to you, this is the place for you.
With the recent concerns with the Covid pandemic, you can feel comfortable that you will have only one other renter in the building as compared to the other condos in our area, with hundreds of condos sharing common spaces.
We are family owned and owners live in Tampa. We personally use and care for our vacation homes during the summer season.

I agree with VIcki W's review from last year. We almost don't want to share with anyone just how fantastic this place is. We want to make sure it is open for us to stay again. We have stayed at MANY places on the west coast of Florida from St. Pete up to Clearwater a few times a year. Each time we pick a new place. This was a new pick also and we have decided we will come back again and again. It was all we could ask for and Dania and her sister thought of everything that we would need. The weather was incredible. The sunsets were stupendous whether you're on your own balcony, or up top or out on the beach. Thank you for a wonderful beach week!Dona & Mary Ellen

We rented the condo at the end of September beginning of October 2033 for a week. It was one of the most peaceful, relaxing, beautiful weeks we have ever had. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary We were so blessed to have an amazing place to do so at.The views from inside the condo to the balcony and rooftop were breathtaking. So many wonderful windows, no matter where you sit pretty much in the condo you can see water. Owners were great anytime we had a question. A piece of heaven on earth ️ Hope we are able to go back someday and enjoy it again.

This is a great place to stay if you want to stay right on the beach and be in the middle of all the attractions. You can rent the whole beachouse with the rooftop deck and then it’s very private, not like condos where there are people everywhere. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded and there’s a trolley to take you from St Pete to Clearwater Beach with multiple stops along the way and at a minimal price! The owners are very nice, easy to deal with and the price is well worth it. I hate to even share this info as I’m a little selfish in that I don’t want a lot of new people staying here! It’ll be harder for me to reserve it!

We have been vacationing on the Gulf of Mexico for many years. This is the first time in years we have stayed in the same place two years in a row! We spent a month in this lovely condo and enjoyed every minute. It had everything we could possibly need, comfortable beds, lots of linens, cookware, serving ware, seating, etc. The light and view to the beach was lovely, the 3rd floor roof patio was awesome! Steps to the beach, close to restaurants, shops, and flat walking area. We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon! Thankyou Dania and Sexton, for a much needed covid break.

This vacation and rental was one of our best vacation rentals yet in the past six years of coming to Florida. The two sister tenants were very professional to deal with and the rental was beyond expectations. Would definitely rent again. This is our favorite place to getaway... it is RIGHT on the white sand gulf beach, and is in the perfect location for beach fun, local seafood store nearby, and restaurants, shopping, etc. The view from the living room and patio is just superb; you are right on the water and white sand beach. There is also a rooftop deck, perfect for seeing in miles either direction, or sunbathing while you listen to the ocean below. The interior of this excellent condo boasts all the comforts of home. We love to grill while we're there since the seafood is incredible and fresh, and you'll have your own grill at the condo. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook as much (or as little) as you like, and the condo is roomy, with plenty of space for everyone. Unlike other nearby condos, it is not in a huge building full of other vacationers, but is just two stories, with one separate entrance condo in each. I cannot recommend this condo enough-- you will love it! Highly recommended.
