If you know Fort Myers-Sanibel area than you know this is a fantastic location. Park the car in your 2 stall garage and go out the gate, turn right and Bunche Beach is just a short walk. You can rent a kayak at the beach. Fort Myers Beach is only 5 miles away. Go thru our locked walking gate and enter into the Publix strip mall that includes Publix's, Liquor store, hair salon, Chinese restaurant a sports bar an fine dining restaurant and a bike shop where you can rent bikes. The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar just a few minutes away. I have two sets of nice men's golf clubs for your use. Shell Point Golf less than 5 minutes away, peak season is about $150.00 for 18 holes, very nice course, worth every penny. Sanibel Island hang a left and you will be there in minutes.
