1650 sq. ft. Quiet home on canal with heated pool and spectacular sunrises. Detached single family home 10 minutes to shopping, restaurants and golf. Five minutes by boat to Charlotte Harbor and 10 minutes to Punta Gorda. Great views and fishing. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath house is 1700 sq. ft. with pool, fishing and a brand new 40ft dock to lounge on or fish off of.
It is fully furnished and newly decorated in modern coastal design with an open concept, 4 large TV s with wifi including an outdoor TV to watch sports while in the pool and relaxing! Full laundry on premises and all the amenities. It is a large private lot with beautiful gardens and plenty of quiet, privacy and parking.
There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom and ensuite is a king with a brand new top of the line mattress and bedding. The second bedroom is a full with ensuite. The third bedroom can either be made into two extra long single beds or can be made into a king which ever suits your needs. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably. All beds have 2 sets of new linens and new matresses. All towels and linens are supplied and new this year.
The kitchen has all the amenities including Ninja dual coffee maker, microwave, oven and stove, dishwasher, spices, canned pantry items, and a new Napolean gas bbq/grill. The kitchen is literally FULLY LOADED with Ninja Dualzone air fryer, Ninja food processer, dough and smoothie maker. All appliances are brand new this year LG fridge with ice maker, and Fridgidaire induction stove/oven, microwave and LG dishwasher. All pot and pans, plates, platters, bowls, serving ware and anything else you would need for a chef's kitchen and dinner party is here. Including stemware for inside and out by the pool.
The outdoor lanai kitchen and seating area is fully covered and has an outdoor eating area with ample lighting as well as a large comfortable lounging area by the pool with outdoor fans. There are also pool loungers and pads for your use. Our home features many new beautiful electrical lighting features which transform it at night to a beautiful colored oasis.
We supply some fishing rods and starter fishing gear to get you started on the dock catching dinner! Everything you need to relax or play, your choice!
We always make sure that you have coffee, sugar, toilet paper and basic supplies to get you through your first night after a day of travel.

We have a large 40ft dock in a deep water canal that is very wide with access to Charlotte harbour minutes away. We have a boat lift available for extra fee if you are interested. Great to fish off of, relax or bring your boat!
Why Kids Love It
Lots of room to play in the pool or fish off the dock. The yard is also very large and a very quiet street with not many cars going back and forth. But, close to everything!
We are close to EVERYTHING! Port charlotte beach is minutes away as well as Punta Gorda with many festivals and fine dining restaurants. The Port Charlotte Mall with Dillards and Bealls is around he corner. Also, plenty of restaurants in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. Many golf courses within 10 - 15 minutes. In Punta
Gorda you can take free bicycles for a ride, a sunset cruise or just sit at a waterfront tavern
Spring Lake Park and boat launch with walking trails. Edgewater road has been redone with beautiful wide sidewalks and bike lanes..

The home was as advertised. Four adults were quite comfortable in the home. Great location close to restaurants, beaches and attractions. Quiet location on an inter-coastal canal. Great pool, the home is equipped with all that you need to have for a comfortable stay. The owners were great to work with. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation stay in the Port Charlotte, FL area.

Our first month-long trip to Port Charlotte was made even more enjoyable because of the beautiful, clean home we were fortunate to stay in. The location is near to any kind of shopping you may feel the need to do. It has many parks, beaches, and interesting sites close at hand. Good restaurants abound in and around Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. The house itself makes you feel you are indeed in Florida with its cute decor. I have never been in a rental with a kitchen so well equipped. Hubby enjoyed the heated pool daily and the view from the patio makes you forget you are in a neighborhood. The house is on a very quiet street. We've already made our plans for next year, but this home is well worth your consideration for a great Florida vacation.

We booked our rental less than a month before the arrival date. Everything promised in the listing was fulfilled. The house is coastal decorated throughout, and was very comfortable. You literally just need to bring your clothes, because everything else is there, including a washer and dryer, so don’t overpack like we did! Grocery stores are as close as 2 miles away. Sidewalks for avid walkers are close by, and extra wide. Dog parks are numerous and very popular. The heated pool was my favorite part of this rental. Great restaurants in nearby Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and Englewood.

Our children are ages, 19, 15 & 11. Swimming is a big deal to them. Past negative experiences with solar heated pools were part of the reason we rented this house. This non solar heater worked well and they were able to swim even on chilly days.We dislike driving far for dinner and there are lots of restaurants close. There was much less traffic compared to our last vacation close to Ft. Myers. I really enjoyed walking the quiet streets in the neighborhood.I can't say enough for the way the Jacquel's have equipped the home. You don't immediately have to head to Wal-Mart! There were so many towels we never used them all. The kitchen literally didn't lack a single thing I could think of. We enjoyed using the kayaks, fishing poles, comfortable deck chairs, and golf clubs. (Our 19 year old son was thrilled when he got permission to use the left handed set of clubs in the garage. He had considered shipping his own set down but didn't want to pay to do so.)Our 15 year old spend hours sitting on the dock fishing and caught numerous fish. The highlight of the trip was when he dropped his line with shrimp bait beneath the dock and caught a huge snook fish!!! I don't think he will ever forget that day. :)We would highly recommend this home and our stay will be a treasured memory for years to come. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Jacquel for being so easy to communicate with and opening your home to give us such a wonderful vacation!

Hubby and I fell in love with this place upon arrival. Needed a place to unwind, this was the place. House and yards are gorgeous and have all the amenities you could want. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool and walking around town. Kayaking was a blast. Will definitely be back, maybe go fishing next time.

Booked last minute. So glad we did! This house on the canal was a perfect spot for being so close to shopping & restaurants. Beautiful fenced in private pool was nice and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. House was nicely decorated and comfortable. I would happily recommend. The owner, Fran was very easy to communicate with. Oh I can’t forget the yard! The lawn has the most amazing grass! So thick & lush it was like walking on clouds! The landscaping was very tropical and serene. Definitely a great place to unwind!
