It has all of the amenities of home including hi speed wifi, granite counter tops, a fully stocked kitchen and smart TV's in every room to make for a wonderful stay. The pool area features a heated pool, hot tub, gas grill and direct access to the beautiful sandy beach. With the combined relaxation of our condo and the enjoyment of the many local activities, you are sure to have a memorable stay.

The condo is located on a quiet boulevard where you don't have to fight the congestion of heavy traffic as in busier tourist areas. If you fly in and don't have a car, you can use the trolley to travel between Clearwater Beach and St Pete's Beach for a small daily fee.
Why Kids Love It
Children will love the nice sandy beaches and the warm gulf waters. They will enjoy watching the dolphins swimming along the shoreline in front of the condo. They will also enjoy the Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf (miniature golf) which is located a short distance from the condo.
The condo is on a 12 mile island between Clearwater Beach and Treasure Island/St Pete's Beach. The condo is nestled in a nice quiet location with plenty of restaurants, activities and attractions nearby. You can spend your day relaxing by the pool/beach or travel just a short distance to Clearwater Beach or St Pete's Beach areas and enjoy some of the many activities, excursions, boat trips, shopping and restaurants they have to offer. We are located only 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and only 1 1/2 hours from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.
There are 8-10 restaurants located within walking distance offering everything from Mexican, Italian, seafood, steaks, donuts, pizza and ice cream. There are also souvenir and gift shops nearby for your convenience.
A few favorite places to eat are Sea Breeze, The Frog Pond, Rumba's, Guppy's, Crabby Bill's and The Salt Rock Grille.

We had the most amazing stay at this condo! The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for relaxing after a day out. Best of all, it’s right on the beach! The beach was quiet, beautiful, and never crowded, it felt like our own little slice of paradise.The location couldn’t be better, with plenty of great restaurants and entertainment options nearby. On top of that, the condo owners, Chris and Bruce, went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We loved our rental, it had everything we needed for a full week stay, even for our little Yorkies! Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen stocked with needs. Family room felt at home and balcony was the perfect escape for early morning coffee, cocktail hour, reading and sunsets. Quick access to the beach and pool with bonus dog run! Everyone was so friendly. Parking was covered and conveniently under building. Definitely will be back!

The condo is right on the beach. The pool and hot tub are great. We have stayed in this unit a few times now and love it. It has everything you'll need for a great week. There are also some great restaurants in walking distance.
