Just like a home out of Coastal Living Magazine, allow us to share with you "Sailor's Dream", the amazing Gulf Front Beach home on North Cape San Blas; known as the Forgotten Coast. "Sailor's Dream" is on a small private cul-de-sac shared only by 1 other home..No condos or multi-dwellings nearby! The beach is your backyard..Private, Personal..Perfection!

With your own private Elevator the three floors are a breeze! Bamboo and LVP floors only..No carpet!

The Main (2nd) floor is Open Concept Living with large Livingroom, Smart TV, Dining-room, Kitchen with Granite Counters and Island, stainless appliances and electric gourmet stove. All with amazing Gulf views. Additionally on this level you have a full bath plus a bedroom with King bed (sleeps 2), and full size washer and dryer. Step out onto the extended deck with stairs to the Beach and comfortable lounging! Grill your dinner or watch the dolphins play..the Sun is preparing to set..You cannot beat the Ocean views!

One floor up (3rd floor) offers 2 King Suites. Master Gulf front suite with vaulted ceilings, amazing gulf views, private deck and lounging, ensuite Bath and Kingsize Bed (sleeps 2) with Smart TV! Down the hall you have a second King Suite with vaulted ceilings, private ensuite Bath plus smart tv.

The bottom (1st floor) has New LVP and is accessible to the rest of the house yet has its own private front door entrance with Den offering Sofa, Kitchenette w/ refrigerator, Smart TV & nook dining. There is a hall bath around the corner with step in shower plus a hallway front loading Washer & Dryer. Down the hall is a Bunk Bed room which sleeps 3-with twin (weight limit of 150 lb) & full bed below plus Smart TV. Last but certainly not least is another Beach front Master Suite with King bed (sleeps 2), private ensuite bath with double sink, step in stone shower and sliding door to Beach Front patio for lounging.

On the enclosed Beach Front patio is your Private shower with Hot and Cold water for your convenience after a fabulous beach day and a high bar.

Sailor's Dream offers Parking for approximately 4 cars. Within walking distance is Scallop Cove where you can get just about anything you need, the Tradin Post, Weber’s Donuts, Coffee and Ice Cream shack & Seafood Co. All are but a few blocks away.
