Our condo is ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Island Island in Holmes Beach across the street from the island grocery store, shops and restaurants. Just a few short blocks and you are within walking distance to the most picture-perfect sugar-sand beaches of Anna Maria Island that stretch for miles along the Gulf of Mexico!
Our home is the perfect getaway for families or couples looking to relax on the beautiful Anna Maria Island. Surrounded by nature, you will experience the serenity and beauty of the Grassy Point preserve. The Master bedroom with a queen size bed opens to a screened lanai overlooking a natural mangrove preserve filled with wildlife, a quiet setting for your island escape. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets right from your screened balcony! The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. If you have a larger family, a living room has a full size pullout sofa. The kitchen is completely renovated and fully equipped. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils that you can use to prepare fabulous meals. Simple yet sophisticated decor creates a bright and inviting atmosphere with flatscreen TVs in the living room and a guest bedroom as well as free WiFi and domestic long distance calling. This turnkey condo offers tile floors, washer and dryer, granite countertops and a convenient stop-in shower. You'll have central AC, so kick back and relax while you sip a cold beverage, read a book, or take an afternoon nap. Covered parking is available for two cars.The downstairs closet (located in our carport) has beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and all kinds of beach toys for our guests to enjoy. All linen and towels are provided for your convenience. We tried to think of every detail to make you, our guest, very comfortable in our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. Please note that all units in our complex are elevated and not wheelchair accessible.
Right in front of the complex, you can board the free trolley and experience wonderful restaurants, shopping and island life. Bike, drive, or take the trolley to the shops and restaurants in the City of Anna Maria just to the north. Quaint Bridge Street and its pier are just a little further to the south. Holmes Beach offers a choice of sixteen restaurants, unique coastal shops, boating and fishing charters and a marina. Shopping on Pine Ave is not to be missed, along with art galleries and the live theater. Just a short drive away, experience the splendor of the Ringling Museum in Sarasota and get up close and personal with Florida wildlife at the Sarasota Jungle Gardens. While visiting, make sure to head over to the Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium and meet some beautiful marine animals and fish. Discover fine shops surrounded by the tropical setting of St. Armand's Circle. Great place for shopping and dining! If you're looking for a little adventure, Busch Gardens, Clearwater Aquarium, Lowry Zoo, Dali Museum, Disney World, and Universal Studios are all within easy reach. After a day of sightseeing, relax in the heated pool, located just steps from our condo over a little wooden bridge, where you can spend some leisurely time in the sun.
Anna Maria Island is a beautiful, laid-back island community with an extremely friendly local population. Convenient to Sarasota (30 min), St Petersburg (45 min) and Tampa International Airports (1 hour), it features miles of pristine beaches, many great places to dine & drink, and shop. Enjoy many activities on your visit such as swimming, snorkeling, watching beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, scuba diving, sunset dining, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, para-sailing, jet skiing, kayaking, riding horses on a scenic beach and so much more!

It showcases a tropical landscape with crystal clear emerald waters reminiscent of the Caribbean. Anna Maria is a treasure found on Florida's Southwest Gulf Coast conveniently located between Tampa and Sarasota. It is also less than 2 hours from Orlando. You can take your pick of several beaches close by.
While the beach is one of the main attractions, Anna Maria Island is fast becoming a hot spot for gastronomic delights. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.

We arrived, looking forward to a three day trip to the island. We were delighted to find this beautiful apartment was situated in a lovely quiet area but close to the free trolley bus stop and Publix supermarket. The condo was furnished to a high standard and had everything you could possibly need for your stay.We will certainly be adding this condo to our list of places to return to in the future.

The dream of a perfect beach and accommodation. We stayed at Anna Maria Beach Resort, one bedroom one bath, second story room 207. You stand in front of the huge glass sliders and you see the most gorgeous emerald green /blue water and beautiful sand. The waves were about 30 yds from our room and the huge crystal clear pool just below us. The bed and bathroom were wonderful. The room was immaculately clean, If you have the chance to ask a associate a question they are so so knowledge, kind, smiling and just so sweet. There is nothing like sitting on the balcony at sunset with a cold drink and watching the sunset. We have already started making plans for Oct(the weather is still great in Oct) and inviting our friend to come with us!

We have stayed in this condo three times now and have loved it every time. Nicely appointed, comfortable furniture, well equipped from kitchen to beach chairs & umbrellas. Perfect location- short walk to the beach and right across the street from grocery store. Beautiful views of mangroves from lanai. We are already planning our next family getaway in this beautiful condo!
