Our totally updated condo is located in a 24 hour security gated community. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with beautifully groomed grounds and a myriad of amenities to provide you with a wonderful experience. There are 5 heated swimming pools, hot tub, 6 shuffle board courts, bocce ball courts, a 9 hole par 3 executive golf course, and a fitness center with sauna. A Tiki Bar is located adjacent to one of the pools, and there is also a restaurant available on site. Or you can just relax on the 3,000 feet of private ocean beachfront. Our second floor condo has a King Bed in the master bedroom, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV with a DVD/Blue Ray player. Cable and high speed WIFI is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances and accessories. Linens are provided for the unit, including beach towels. A washer and dryer are also in the unit. There is an enclosed lanai with seating for quit evenings overlooking the water and courtyard fountain. Whether you are looking for and actively fill week or month or time for relaxation and rest, you will be truly satisfied vacationing at our lovely Ocean Village condo.

Why Kids Love It
The main pool which has been redone opens in early April. Kids and adults of all ages will love it. Grab a bite to eat or a drink at the Tiki Bar.
Kids can play shuffle board or shoot hoops. The beach is also a great option.
Ocean Village is an unique resort located on the Atlantic Ocean. Fort Pierce has a celebrated Ecco System as well as one of the states best farmers market every Saturday.
The area has world class fishing, golf courses and restaurants to choose from. The Treasure Coast is known for excellent fishing and water sports. Beach walking is another premium. There is something for everyone to enjoy while on vacation.
Ocean Village is a community that has many amenities. 4 swimming pools, 9 hole executive golf course, pickleball tennis courts, boche ball, basketball and shuffle board.
You can enjoy walking the community and the beach. Bike riding in the community and A1A is enjoyable. The inlet (jetty) is two miles north of Ocean Village. Jetty Park offers scenic
views, fishing, kite surfing, restaurants and bars.

Navy Seal museum is a great place to visit. Heathcote Botanical Gardens has the oldest Bonsai collection in the country. Watch launches from Cape Canaveral from the beach.
The condo resides in the Ocean Villas II cluster at Ocean Village.
Villas II is a premium location in OV. Close proximity to the main pool and tiki bar. The beach and golf course is nearby. The newly remodeled Inn is also within walking distance. Enjoy dinner and cocktails at the Inn. A sports bar is located in the Inn so you can follow your favorite team.

Lovely one bedroom condo with a view of a small fountain close to pools and tiki bar only steps away from the ocean lots of amenities such as golfing, tennis pickle ball, bocce ball, and white sand beaches. Who could ask for more the owner was very responsive to any questions and is very welcoming. But definitely recommend this rental on the beautiful Hutchinson Island.

Ocean Village on Hutchinson Island was absolutely lovely. The condo was perfect for us. Well stocked and pleasantly furnished. Loved all the amenities and the best was just feet to a private beach on the Atlantic ocean highly recommend if you’re ever in the Fort Pierce area. The owner Joe was very responsive and helpful. Very well maintained facility.

I stayed at Ocean Villas, Fort Pierce. The condo was charming, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location made it easy to get around town and there were facilities on the property for tennis, golf, pool time and beach. I was disappointed to find that the main pool was closed for renovations, but maybe on my next visit. One thing my "landlord" might do is supply printed copies of the maps of the property and the town which I found in the binder he provided. I would have liked to have them to carry with me. I plan to visit Fort Pierce more often and will certainly be happy to spend my time in #622.

What a great condo and great Ocean Village community. The condo is well equipped with everything needed for cooking, beach time and a relaxing stay. The owner communicated quickly and although we had a little mix up in the beginning everything thereafter was fine. The onsite restaurant is such a nice perk. The main pool was closed during our stay, but there was another close by. We plan to come back.

Ocean Village is a hidden gem on the Treasure Coast. It has everything you need to either stay active or just relax and rejuvenate. The condo is very comfortable and has everything included to enjoy your vacation. It is steps away from tennis, pickleball and one of the best maintained par 3 golf courses you will ever find. The pools, restaurants and ocean beach is the icing on the cake. We will definitely be returning!
