Watch the dolphins as they swim along the shoreline during the days and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evenings. The condo is decorated with a fun Caribbean decor and features all the comforts of home. It features leather furniture, a king size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, a 55" smart TV in the living room and a 50" smart TV in the bed room, high speed internet, granite counter tops and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area to make your stay relaxing. The pool area features a heated pool, out door shower and restrooms with direct access to the beautiful sandy beach. The relaxing atmosphere of the condo and enjoyment of the many local activities will help turn your vacation into a wonderful memory.
Unique Benefits
The condo is located in a quiet area where you don't have to fight the congestion and heavy traffic of the busier touristy areas. If you fly in and don't have a car, you can use the trolley (which picks up in front of the condo) to travel between Clearwater Beach and St Pete's Beach for a small daily fee.

The kids will love the nice sandy beaches and the warm gulf waters. They will enjoy watching the dolphins swimming along the shoreline in front of the condo. The will also have fun at the Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf miniature golf course which is directly across the street.
Area Information
The condo is on a 12 mile island located between Clearwater Beach and Treasure Island/St Pete's Beach. The condo is nestled in a nice quite area with plenty of restaurants, activities and attractions nearby. You can spend your day relaxing by the pool/beach at the condo or travel just a short distance to the busier Clearwater Beach or St Pete's Beach and enjoy some of the many excursions, boat trips and shopping. We are also located only 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and 1 1/2 hours from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
There is a Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf miniature golf course located across from the condo as well as fine dining and coffee shops within short walking distance.
Favorite Places To Eat
A few of the restuarants in the area are Sea Breeze, The Frog Pond (best breakfast in the area), Rumba's, Guppy's, Crabby Bill's and the Salt Rock Grille (only a short walking distance from the condo).

Why this property? Our property is a lovely property. It is decorated in a fun Caribbean decor and offers all the amenities of home. We are located in a nice quiet area for your relaxation, but are only minutes from the busier areas of Clearwater Beach and St Pete's Beach where you can enjoy all of the activities and attractions they have to offer. We strive to keep our condo updated and supplied with everything you will need for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

This location setting on a beautiful ocean view, with sunshine in the afternoon and sunsets every evening. Couldn't have asked for a nicer, clean condo and property, with peaceful evenings. The time was busy with many spring breaks going on, but still plenty of places on the beach, chairs to rent if interested, pool (heated too!) space and many things to do. We enjoyed eating both at the condo and out. Few of our favorites were Crabby Bills, Salt Rock, and one just down the way on the water inlet. With beautiful outside seating for our lunch out. Overall, a wonderful time, with many things to do or just to sit on the relaxing balcony and enjoy the view.

Loved being on the intercostal. Morning sunrises, fishing, relaxing, watching the boats and dolphins go by . Condo was very nice and well furnished. A month here, felt like home . Lynsey DeRemer, our booking agent, was great ! She has already, again, helped us rebook for next year !

Short little get away from Michigan for my 50th birthday!! Such a cute condo for our trip. We didn't even need to rent a car. The short drive for groceries was a quick uber away. The beach was full of fun shells in the mornings. We enjoyed the pool and location to the beach. There were three of us so one was on the couch sofa. Thankful for the extra sleeping space.

Loved the large pool area! It was nice to have a restroom right next to the pool as well as a grill available for use. We loved the bright clean look of the condo as well! It was not too busy of an area and it was nice to be able to walk on the beach! The view is amazing and it is great to see the dolphins swimming by in the morning! We will definitely be staying here again.

My family and I took a trip down to this condo and we’re blown away at how enjoyable our time was! I’m walking distance to so many fun things, restaurants, mini golf, and shopping! The condo was so clean and decorated so nice. They had everything in the kitchen we needed to cook and grill out! Sitting on the porch in the morning to watch the sunrise with our coffee was so peaceful! We love that the view out the back sliding door (which opens up completely) was the beautiful beach and ocean! What a view!! On top of all of that, they had a sleeping pen for my 1 year old! Traveling light is hard but the accommodations they had were AMAZING! We will be visiting soon again!

Was looking for a short get away before the holidays and this condo was open. Fantastic area, not too full of tourists. We were able to relax on the island without having to cross to the mainland too often. Nice restaurants to eat at and a CVS nearby for small things. A bit chilly for the ocean swims but we enjoyed our walks on the beach. It was very clean. Didn’t need a lot of the stuff in the condo because we ate out but it was fully stocked. Will visit again.

We booked this location for a quiet get-away in the middle of a busy summer. We were very happy with the location, amenities, and close proximity to nearby beachside cities with bustling shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed the clean and accommodating facilities, and loved being able to walk to local dining options, as well as surf shops, mini golf courses, and the rescue bird sanctuary. Would definitely recommend to others, and will certainly reach out for future Florida vacation stays!!!
