Enjoy your home away from home in this newly updated 1 bedroom 1 bath unit on the 12th floor which is right in the middle, not too high and not too low. The sun and surf are seen from the large kitchen, spacious living room, and of course, from your private balcony. Unfortunately, it is our home too so you can’t stay forever, although you may want to.
We have done vacation rentals and timeshares for many years and know the headaches that some places create. Let us host you and make your stay comfortable and hassle-free. Towels, you gotta have great towels and we know that. The beds have to be comfortable and pillows to die for. You are on vacation and relaxation is a must. Even the pull out sofa bed is a memory foam mattress that will cradle you in comfort.
Our kitchen is actually functional and with the tools you need should you decide to stay in and sharpen your gourmet skills. Some of the things many places leave out such as a washer and dryer are in the unit for your use. We also have the glasses you need for those umbrella drinks that round out a relaxing getaway.
Majestic Beach Resort is centrally located and loaded with amenities. With the 5 pools, bars, restaurant, shop, Starbucks, movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts, arcade, … Well, you get the idea. You never even have to leave the property to complete your vacation.
Should you decide to roam, check out the countless dives, joints, bars, shacks, and those mega-franchise places you are familiar with as well. There are tons of things to do on the water, in the water, probably even under the water but that is up to you.

Sandy Cheeks is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo that sleeps 4 and right on the beach. Not "nearby", "in walking distance", "across the street", or "just steps away". This is ON-THE-BEACH, period! There is nothing between Sandy Cheeks and the emerald waters of the gulf but the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach.
We are the owners, Carlos & Lore, not some impersonal corporation or property management company. We are managing Sandy Cheeks ourselves and we hope you will appreciate the personal touches you will find here.
Why Kids Love It
Sandy Cheeks is a family friendly place. There is a kiddie pool for the little ones and an arcade/game room for those a little older. There is also a 120 seat theater on site that shows 2 free family movies a week.
The unit has a Pack-n-Play for your convenience as well as games and family videos for the DVD player. We also have some sand tools (buckets, shovels, etc) to take down to the beach.
Our condo is part or Majestic Beach Resort and chock full of amenities. Majestic Beach Resort is centrally located on PCB with 5 pools, bars, restaurant, shop, Starbucks, movie theater with stadium seating, tennis court, … Well, you get the idea.
Our Sandy Cheeks unit is on one level and accessible by elevator. Although it is roomy, it may be tight for a wheelchair.
There are a ton of things to do and places to eat but you have to stop by the Pink Pelican for great ice cream!

ITEMS TO BRING
Beach towels to take to the pool or beach. The towels in the unit are only for the unit.
Your favorite coffee. We have a combination coffee pot and single serve machine that takes K-cups. We have set you up for the first day.
A small ice chest if you want to take it to the beach or pool. We have a small cart in the unit that you can use to help carry things down but please keep up with it for the next guests.
A willingness to relax and enjoy life.

This was the first time we stayed at Sandy Cheeks but it will not be the last. We enjoyed the condo very much, it was very clean and well maintained with a well stocked kitchen ready for use. The beach umbrella and cart along with the loungers are fantastic! Carols made the experience perfect from the first time we were in contact. Very easy to rent with no stress.

Sandy Cheeks was an excellent experience. From booking, to arrival, through the duration of stay, to check out, everything was fantastic. We frequently stay in the PCB area and now, we have found our new beach home. This place is super and I highly recommend it. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Every detail has been considered - hats off the Carlos and Lore. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in the unit and want your stay to be free from hassle and difficulty. I will be recommending Sandy Cheeks to all my friends family. Thank you, Carlos and Lore, for doing things right!!!!

We are only to accommodate 4 people. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom and a Queen pull out sofa bed (with memory foam mattress) in the living room.
The minimum age is 25 and that renter must stay at Sandy Cheeks for the entire rental period.
Unfortunately no. There are local kennels if needed but pets are not allowed in the unit.
A third party manages the parking garage and registration is required. The fee for this is $40 paid through that vendor.
