We spent February and March in this home and loved it. Very open layout, decorated in a tasteful, beachy theme. Very comfortable bedding and furniture, nice seating area outside, great neighborhood with very friendly neighbors with a great little private beach park with a boat ramp. Hope to be heading back next year. We loved it.

Nancys' home is beautifully decorated in beach decor and every space is utilized to the max. I used the closet for my office, there was a table in addition to the center island kitchen with stools. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary tools, in addition to spices, coffee and even a little bubbly. When I looked outside, i saw the table/benches, adirondack chairs, and my favorite, the hanging lounge chairs. Around the side there was another table and chairs and couch in the shade, beach chairs, kayaks and bikes. Private community beach/park across the street with chairs, and boat launch. Location was great. Wake up to the sunrise from the front windows/door or across the street at the park. House and owners were wonderful.. very responsive to any questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us. :) Can't wait to return next January!!!

Very good, comfort condo with all you need for a stress free holiday. The pool is great! location is excellent because is half way to ether north or south of the keys so what ever you you exploring home is not far away to come back! At this time of the year very quiet, neighbors are nice. Very good communication with owner. Recommended.

My husband and I with another couple spent the whole month of February here. The location is perfect. We brought our boat and the marina next door let us dock the boat at a reasonable monthly rate. It was so easy to just walk to our boat and start our day. We enjoyed fishing on the reef and in the bays. This location is great for this kind of fishing. The neighborhood is very friendly. The house is very nice and accommodating. The park across the street is great too. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again sometime. Thanks to Nancy for letting us rent her house. We loved it.

Nancy's home is AMAZING!! It is located across the street from a private well kept beach. Every morning the beach is cleared of seaweed and has large comfortable chairs for sun bathing or sitting in the shade of the numerous palm trees. The park area has a grill and numerous picnic tables under a lighted pavilion that can be reserved for parties. The beach area has a locked entrance and a private boat dock with a locked gate. The dock has plenty of space for fishing or viewing the beautiful sea life the Keyes are known for. Enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise on the spacious patio at the front of the house. It's also perfect for watching the full moon as it rises over the ocean. The dog friendly, 2 or 3 bedroom home with fenced in backyard has all new appliances and has been recently remodeled with new wood look tile throughout. It easily sleeps 8 people and has two full baths that are beautiful and sparkly clean. The kitchen has granite counter tops and everything you might need to make your stay perfect. All shopping is close by as well as great restaurants. Nancy is very friendly and will make sure your stay is perfect. I can not wait to go back and stay in this home again!
