Regarding cancellations: 60 days prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded in-full. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the arrival date, a $75.00 administrative fee will be retained.

Wonderful relaxing vacation home

We recently stayed at the Sunset Bay home and couldn’t have been happier with the rental. Never having rented a home in the Keys I wasn’t sure what to expect but the Action Keys realty team was efficient and very accommodating. Upon our arrival we found the home extremely clean and well furnished. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and just watching the sunrises and sunsets from the screened in porch. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this group again. Just a wonderful time.

Good times!

Nice home, well maintained, private, great views, nice private dock with 6ft of water at low tide. Home comes with everything you need, we stayed for 1- week & felt at home. Will book again next year.
