This house was just perfect right on the beach. You couldn’t ask to get on the beach, so close! I would advise maybe spend a few dollars and update the window treatments the blinds but other than that this house is perfect. Would definitely come again.

Condo was perfect for me and my family. Ground floor made it easy for me and my bad knees plus it is just steps to the beach. When not on beach we were sitting on patio still enjoying the beach. Grocery and eating nearby. It was the perfect, relaxing beach trip!

Corner condo of Windancer Condos. Literally 30 feet from beach! Couldn’t ask for better view of white sand beach and turquoise water. Sunsets are unbelievably breathtaking! Condo is very nice. Can sleep 6 easily.

Absolutely perfect location! Right next to the bike racks, the board walk to the beach, the showers to rinse off!! Conviently located between Baytowne Wharf, Sanderson, Destin, 30A! I highly recommend Pompano Joes, the Surf Hut amd even glow in the dark putt putt. Location location location!!

We loved our stay! This location absolutely can’t be beat! Would 100% book here again! The owners were so helpful and always responded immediately! This unit is the absolute closest you can get to the beach, it was gorgeous! Very kid friendly as well!

Great location! We needed a spot with wheelchair access and this was great! We rented a sand helper for mother who can’t walk well - and just down the block she could ride it right onto the beach. The view from patio is wonderful. Everyone there is friendly and kind. Saving this spot for future trips.

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway before the end of the year. This Windancer condo was perfect. It had the beach and sunset views we wanted at an incredibly reasonable price.The condo is well appointed and within walking distance of many shops, a pharmacy and grocery store. Everything you need is right there.The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. No noise from neighbors and we practically had the beach to ourselves. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience from beginning to end. The weather was great and we enjoyed the beautiful white sand beaches on Miramar Beach. Watching the sun set on the crystal clear ocean every evening was my favorite time of day. It was picture perfect. I was extremely happy with the beautifully decorated condo at Tops’l. The resort has everything you need to relax and enjoy. Beach chairs with umbrella, great pools and restaurant with fresh local catch of the day menu. The outdoor bar was convenient and comfortable sitting around the pool and looking out over the beautiful Gulf. We visited several great restaurants...Harbor Docks, Bochamps and Lulu’s were some of my favorites. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Absolutely PERFECT location! My husband and I had a relaxing and wonderful time. The condo is on the ground floor as well as the closest to the (short) boardwalk. It IS the best condo at Windancer. The condo was clean. Anne and Phil were responsive and attentive to detail. My husband and I are quite particular- and we cannot wait to stay here again. The beach service- having an umbrella and chairs set up daily was game changing. Marty (Responsible for beach service during our stay) was extremely accommodating and kind. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We will be back.

Love this condo. 1st level. Literally walk out back of unit straight onto beach. Beach chairs/umbrella service is so nice. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The owners are very friendly.

Anne and Phil were great hosts. Our washer/dryer was out of commission and they sent someone right away to fix it. Condo was clean and met all our needs. We were able to enjoy the closeness of the beach for long walks, and we loved the sunsets from our porch. Kitchen was well supplied with all we needed to prepare meals. The bath and half makes it very convenient, even for a couple. From Winn Dixie across the street and CVS to the outlet mall. Everything you need is close by.

Highly recommend this unit. This was a great location. Beautiful views of the ocean & beach. Steps off the patio to beach. Outside shower, community grilling station. Daily beach chair and umbrella set up was a nice feature. Jack & Jill bath setup w/washer/dryer. Luggage & grocery carts on property for use unloading & loading made it very convenient. Winn Dixie, CVS, Skippers Seafood, Domino's Pizza, Surf Style souvenirs, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Shell, whataburger, Waffle House, Alvin's Island and so much more all right across the street or 2 min. down the street. Whale's Tale breakfast awesome. Parasailing/Banana Boat Ride behind Pompano Joe's well worth the money. Saw a sea turtle and dolphins while on banana. Saw dolphins jumping very close to shore from the condo. Owners were very accessible & quick to respond.
