First time visiting Manasota key! Marge was wonderful and super accommodating. We loved the house and closeness to the beach! This beach is shelly but we had fun looking for shark teeth. We were looking for low key and found it for sure in this island with a circle K and no traffic lights :) We were able to have groceries & beach tent delivered. We enjoyed biking around in the evenings & adventures to stump pass. The house setup on top of the garage works great for a beach house. We plan to return!!

As we drove into Englewood and Manasota Keys we knew this would be a special place. As we arrived at the house out thoughts were confirmed, what a great house and location. There is nothing better than to have thoughts about something and it's even better when you see it in person. The layout of the house was great and when we walked onto the deck overlooking the gulf we were mesmerized. The view will be embedded in our memory forever. Georganne B.Tried to rent this house but Florida rentals calendar was not up to date
Love love this house but Florida rentals never updated their calendar for 2 mos. And kept sending this home as open to rent for the week. I kept trying but was told it was rented for 2 mos. Of July and August but constantly sending me notifications that it was ppen on the calendar. Florida rentals is good to rent with regardless, they need to keep calendars updated though.

Are recent stay was amazing. The house is in a great location. On the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, if you feel like leaving. Beach was very private even on a normally busy time for beach going. The house itself had everything, very well stocked. The view from the decks are amazing and we spent alot of time chilling on the deck. We will be back.

Right from the start, this was an epic vacation! The location, the house , the area and wow! The view! Marg was awesome through the whole process and couldn’t have been more helpful. We shared our experience with all of our friends and they are all planning a trip next season now. I would do this over Mexico any day.

We had an awesome time at this beautiful rental. Was extremely clean and very comfortable. The beach was fabulous. Hardly any traffic what so ever. We liked it so much, we booked it for 2 weeks next year.

Beautiful weather, gorgeous sunsets, and spectacular views. This is our second time renting this property. Always clean and well stocked. The spacious garage keeps your car cool and protected. Location is perfect as it is just past the public beach so “your” beach is uncrowded. Also close to restaurants and shopping.

Lynette M.Awesome house and beach
We stayed here twice and it was wonderful. The house is so beautiful and big. It was such a great value. It was well taken care of and anything that we needed was there. the area in front of the kitchen had huge glass doors that could be opened up to bring the beach breeze and sound right inside. The dinners were so wonderful. The dining table sits right in front of another huge window with a view of the ocean that is breathtaking. The private beach area was so big and beautiful. You will never get bored. If you want to just relax you can because it is your basically your beach, a few people walking by but no noise other than the sound of the waves. If you want to walk the beach, every wave changes the landscape and washed treasures in. We spent hours looking for shark's teeth. Found so many. We never got bored and did not want to leave.
