Family Beach Trip 2024

We’ve been coming to CSB for over 10 years and this was our first time at Panama Dreams. The layout of the house is perfect for our large crew. The kitchen and living area is spacious, with a table large enough for games on both ends! The pool is great and it is an easy 1 minute walk to the beach. Keith was great to work with and we are already booked for next year!!

Wonderful house, owner and location

Panama Dreams was a great experience for us. The house is beautiful, with a wonderful living area and large, heated pool. Keith (the owner) was quick to answer questions and make sure we were doing well in the house. The house is located in a beautiful community, just steps away from the boardwalk to the beach. We are looking forward to returning!

Love this house!

This is our 4th stay at this house & love it. The 3rd floor living space is awesome! Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. Short walk to the beach. We have stayed at other houses on the Cape and you can’t beat this one.

Fantastic Home

We loved staying at Panama Dreams. The home was beautiful and provided all the amenities. Great decks, clean and warm pool and a short walk to the beach. Would gladly go back!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!

This home is very new & absolutely perfect! The photos just don't do justice to the beauty of the home. 5 Stars +++ I've rented so many homes and condos that I have lost count. This was by far my very favorite, and it is so clean! Kitchen is really big and completely stocked. I cooked every night and had everything that I needed...even a potato masher! The house had a roll paper towels, toilet tissue for each bathroom, hand soap for each bathroom & kitchen, and dishwasher pod to get you started. The elevator & ice maker are a huge bonus! There are beautiful views from the wrap around decks. Keith was fantastic to work with. Very responsive. Do not hesitate on this one!!!

Fantastic home & subdivision!

We loved this house and Seagrass subdivisions is great. Kevin is super easy to work with. We had two big families and my parents with us. The home was more then accommodating and the elevator was a huge plus. The pool was heated with gas heat so it actually got to the set temperature even with the cool nights.Kendra K.

AMAZING BEACH HOUSE and Owner

This was our first trip to the Cape. I really cannot say enough good things about this home and Keith. From my first email and phone call, Keith was on top of things. So quick to respond to emails with our numerous questions.We arrived just right after the checkin time of 5 and the first thing we noticed was the nice clean smell on every floor. It had been cleaned to perfection. The next thing was the kitchen and eating areas on the third floor which is the floor Mike and I stayed on so our family of 8 (6 kiddos and their parents) could stay on 2nd floor. The kitchen was WELL stocked which made meal preparation for 10 a breeze. It was very nice having so many pieces of dinner and tableware. Having the separate ice maker and cooler was especially handy.The bedrooms were all so comfortable with decks and ocean views. The lower level/entrance has the laundry room and extra bedroom if needed. The numerous hooks in the wall was a great idea for hanging hats, glasses, towels etc.The pool was fantastic! The kids all enjoyed daily time in the pool. There is wonderful shaded area to sit and watch and enjoy nature. The grill was put to good use with the fresh fish and shrimp. Even the landscaping was freshened around the pool and house. It is just a short, mostly shady walk to the ocean. Ahhh the view when you arrive of the blue water and white sandy beach is stunning. We really enjoy the fact that there isn’t wall to wall people on the beach. Excellent family oriented area.We did make it to the famous donut shop one morning and waiting about an hour and 45 minutes

1st trip to the Cape

What an amazing house to spend our 1st trip to the Cape in! Short walk to beach, bike trails, master suite alone on top 3rd floor, kids bedrooms all together on 2nd floor, private pool, clean and beautifully decorated home, across the street from Skully's for low country boil, short bike ride/walk to Weber's doughnuts, only 2-3 miles from state park for boat ramp or kayaking in the bay. Elevator for our son in wheelchair and able to bring our dog, a Golden Retriever to join us on vacation to enjoy the beach for the 1st time. We just felt so relaxed and at home here.

Awesome Vacation Home

My mom, sisters family and my family (all 13 of us) rented this home for a week and it was awesome. The house was beautifully decorated with everything we needed and more in the kitchen. The walk to the beach was short and we loved the fire on the beach. The swimming pool looked to be one of the biggest in the neighborhood and the outside shower was a plus! Everything was in great condition and clean when we got there so we felt right at home. I’m sure we will visit again and anyone looking for a great vacation would love this home. Thanks for allowing us to make more great memories in a awesome vacation home!
