** Unit #813 has just been FULLY RENOVATED which features new furniture, 55 inch smart tv, new carpet in bed rooms, new bedding and linens, paint and upgrades throughout. Kitchen has granite counter tops, maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Our dining room table seats six and our breakfast bar features additional seating. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the Master Bedroom which features a sliding door to the balcony, king size bed, flat screen TV/DVD player and private master bath. Our Guest bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV/DVD, Westerly sunset view and attached bath. This unit also has a washer and dryer INSIDE the unit which makes it very convenient.
**I also pay my cleaning service to do a “deep clean” between all renters. All bedding(quilts, mattress covers, pillows, etc ) are washed – not just the sheets. ( I hate it when I go to a hotel and the first thing I do is pull off the duvet cover because I know they don’t wash it every time!) :(

This condo has it all. Close to restaurants, shopping and fun activities. The condo has everything you need for your stay. It felt like home for the time we were there. We spent our mornings and evening on the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Anita is a fantastic host who is very responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this condo for your stay in Destin.

Anita was great to work with and the condo was clean and perfect! We went with another couple to celebrate empty nesting. The condo is stocked with everything… from coffee and ziploc bags to toilet paper and garbage bags! Oh yeah - she has movies, books and games too! We have never stayed at a condo that’s supplied so many necessities. It was really appreciated and made the stay more pleasurable. We will for sure return- thank you!!

I hate to recommend this little gem, only because I don’t want it booked when I want to rent it…haha.The condo was beautiful, clean and supplied with anything you might need. The host went above and beyond to supply information about the area and local restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo. Anita was wonderful!!!!The only negative is more geared toward the beach set-up, but Anita explained how to get around it. I have never been to a resort where they have 4 rows of rental chairs/umbrellas. It basically takes up the whole beach in front of Pelican Beach Resort. It left only the very back for those that had their own chairs/umbrellas. I come to the beach to be able to get a good spot if I get out there early enough. They should really limit the number of rows the vendor can set up. Anita has no control over this but she did give me the secret to go up and sit at the tide line. We did just that!Again, highly recommend!!!!!

This Condo was wonderful. Very clean, kitchen had all the cooking supplies you would need. We enjoyed our week stay there as much as anywhere we have booked online. The big balcony is really nice and overlooks the beach, which is beautiful. Oh and the Welcome Basket that was there when we arrived was sooo special!. Can't go wrong booking this condo!!!

The condo was not only beautiful but it was immaculate. The pictures do not do it justice. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. The view of the ocean was stunning and you can see for miles from the balcony. But the most wonderful part of this rental had nothing to do with the property, it was Anita. She was so kind and really tailored the special details specifically to us. We’ve never experienced hospitality like this!

What can I say , except this was the best experience we have ever had. The condo was beachfront and looked better than the pictures! It's totally renovated and looks like something out of Southern Living. The place was spotless- I mean white glove spotless- which is something I really appreciate. The place is stocked with coffee, laundry detergent and other amenities which made it so easy to just arrive and enjoy. The owner, Anita, was so nice and helpful. She really went out of her way to make our stay the best. My son was celebrating his birthday (he's 10) and she had the place totally decorated with balloons and such and even had a cake waiting for us!! My son was over the moon! She also had boogie boards, beach chairs and toys for us to use. We will be back!!! If you are looking to rent a place on the beach- this is it!!

This condo is perfect for any family or couple! The condo was spotless!!! Anita went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We normally come to the beach at least twice a year. Without a doubt, this is the best experience I have had with an owner. Anita Smith went above, and beyond to make our stay outstanding! My mother-in-law is about to turn 80 years old, and really hasn't gone anywhere since my father-in-law passed away. Anita went out of her way, and setup a surprise for her that was waiting for us when we arrived. My Mother-in-law walked in, and there was balloons, a cake, a Happy Birthday sign, flowers, and a bottle of wine! She was so touched, she started to cry. The condo was spotless! The view was so serene. I loved sitting on the balcony, and listening to the waves. Anita thought of everything, from beach chairs and towels, to a small cooler that we could use. She personally launders the sheets, and comforters after every tenant. The condo has a restaurant that is very reasonably priced, and the food is delicious. They also have a little hut where you can get drinks. The margarita's were yummy! Anita gave us tips on which restaurants to go to, and her reviews were spot on! We loved LuLu's the best. The food and service was outstanding! Great place for kids. McGuire's was good too. It has a really cool atmosphere. When we left, my mother-in-law came up to me, and said this was a vacation she would never forget! We will rent with Anita again. She is one of a kind. I would book with her direct to avoid additional fees.
