Wonderful stay!

We've stayed at a lot of condos in PCB, and this is a great one! Clean, comfortable, and appointed with everything you could need. We ate a lot of our meals on the huge balcony. Plenty of seating for everyone. The beach towels being included is a huge plus. The chairs, cooler, balls to throw around on the beach, and sand toys are also a great bonus. Tropic Winds is a great condo building. The parking is super easy and the elevators are really fast. The chair attendant on the beach was really helpful and got us moved up to the first row after one day. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Long Term Spot

I like to escape the winter doldrums of winter by renting in Florida, and never tried Panama Beach. I was very happy I did. Renting from Scott and Leigh in Tropic Winds was the best experience. First the reservation process was easy, I got 2 months in a sixth floor condo, which when I got there it was exactly like the pictures. Scott and Leigh were on top of everything, every piece of information you needed they had, and they gave it to you in plenty of time before you got there. The condo itself and amenities were great. The condo is fully stocked with everything, besides food. The condo building amenities are outstanding, everything is clean and maintained. The beach, needless to say is awesome, as I said the pictures are accurate. Also I was there for two months, and found walkable grocery, bars, and restaurants. I could go on and on.. Scott and Leigh also respond via text quickly if there were any questions. I will visit their website, to view more of their properties next time. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Our Panama City Beach vacation

Another Wonderful Stay!!

We have been renting condos from Scott here at Tropic Winds for years and I promise you will not find anyone easier to work with!! He is always available to help you with any questions you may have!!The condo itself is exactly as pictured. Everything is clean and well maintained and the kitchen is stocked better than mine at home!! Being located on the West End about 2 miles from Pier Park is the perfect location. The traffic is MUCH better and so are the crowds. We are already booked again for November when we come down for the Emerald Coast Cruise In car show.Over the years we have stayed in almost every one these units and I would not hesitate to recommend any of them!! Thank you Scott for another wonderful stay!

Always Awesome

We’ve stayed at several of the condos managed by this property manager and they are always top notch! Condos are always clean and furnishings are always super nice. The kitchen has everything you could need if wishing to make a meal at the condo. We love this end of the beach as it tends to be quiet and family friendly. You cannot go wrong staying here!

Great Condo, Great Owners

The owners communicated everything in a very timely manner and were very helpful when I had questions. The condo had everything we could possibly want and more. Provided plenty of beach thing for kids as well as beach towels (which we’d never had before). Fully recommend this condo and the complex. We had multiple family members staying in different floors and they had similar experiences with their owners as well.

Awesome beachfront paradise

Tropic Winds unit 602 has everything you want and need in beachfront vacation accommodations. The condo features a fully equipped updated kitchen. The three bedrooms are large and the master has access to the huge balcony which has plenty of seating for lounging or eating or playing games at the table. The smart TV in the living room allowed us to access our favorite Netflix series and to catch our local news from Atlanta. Scott and his family are the perfect hosts who have thought about everything guests will need to make their stay memorable and enjoyable. The close proximity to Pier Park makes this perfect for our family. We will definitely be back!

Just like the Pictures

The Property when we arrived was just like the Pictures, the check in was a breeze we went straight to Condo and used code to open the door. The Condo had everything we needed and more! No need to travel with any beach stuff everything we needed , beach towels chairs, toys for the kids Cooler etc was their to use. Plenty of towels for everyone . Our parking passes and wrist bands were ready, directions for check out was sent to us the night before so that was smooth as well! We will definitely be back!

A time to relax and rest.

Beautiful view of the ocean. We opened the curtains e ery morning and had coffee while we enjoyed the ocean view. Room was clean and new furniture.

June Vacation

Beautiful Condo We stayed one week in this Condo. It is a very nice Condo. Inside parking close to the elevator for easy luggage moving. Very clean This Condo had everything we needed plus some. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking in if you want to. Closet has chairs,umbrellas,beach towels, snorkeling gear, sand castle tools, nets. You need it,it has it. Could not find a better place in Panama City unless you are just one of those people. The entire place was nice as well. Grounds well kept and I never saw anyone getting rowdy. Very nice Family Atmosphere. Would stay here again and again and never look for another place. The Family that manages this rental, the are great and and never had to wait long for replies. Very professional and very polite. Never had a problem. One last thing. The private desk was probably one of my favorite things about the place. It stayed in the shade all day and cool with the nice breeze.

Amazing vacation rental

This unit was exactly what we were looking for. It was more than spacious enough for 3 adults and 3 teens. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils and dishes etc. anyone could ask for. The balcony was very large and has an amazing view of the beach and gulf. A laundry room in the unit with modern washer/dryer allowed us to pack less. We really enjoyed being on the west end of PC as it was very easy to access all the roads in the area. I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely be returning.

Another Wonderful Visit

We just returned from another stay in Unit 602 for our family vacation. We love this unit because it has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, which means everyone has their own space!! The unit is immaculate and beautifully decorated and the pictures you see are totally accurate! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare any type of meal and the full size washer and dryer comes in handy in keeping your clothes and beachwear clean and dry.We have rented from Scott many times and I can tell you he is the greatest to work with! Check out all of his listings on the website and rest assured any of these units are well worth it because they are hands down some of the best in PCB!!!

Great Condo! Great Location!

We really enjoy Tropic Winds as a whole for several reasons. We love it’s proximity (not too close and not too far) to Pier Park, love it’s bigger spacious balconies, and short walk to the water. It has become a family favorite! We specifically loved this clean, well-stocked 3 bedroom condo at Tropic Winds. The communication with condo mgmt was super easy and quick when needed, but that wasn’t often and not for anything major! Highly recommend this condo for families for couples!

Beautiful Condo and View

This is our 3rd stay at Tropic Winds, and this condo was the best ever!! It was very clean and well stocked. It was decorated beautifully!! Had lots of things for the beach! We had a Great time! Absolutely Fantastic

I would definitely recommend this place to stay while in the Panama City area. The condo is immaculate, decorated and furnished with the very best. The layout allows for a lot of privacy if additional family members are staying. Of course the view from the condo is the very best. The location of the condo is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. No doubt when we visit Panama City this is the place we will stay if at all possible! My wife and I are already looking forward to the next visit.

Amazing place to stacy for my family’s girls trip

Everything about this trip amazing especially the accommodations. We had everything we needed and a lot more! The place was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the balcony can not be beat! I have stayed tropic winds before and was excited to bring my mother with limited mobility back to enjoy the oversized balconies and for the stair free entry to beach. I was thrilled !!! This unit was far better than expected especially for moms needs - wide walkways, tiled floors throughout, grab bars in the tubs and normal height dinning room chairs . Nice to have games, beach towels and beach toys to use so we didn’t have to pack or purchase . We were all very pleased. We will be back for sure!!!

Lovely stay

We love Tropic Winds condos, and this particular condo did not disappoint. The property manager Scott was very accommodating, quick to respond, and a pleasure to work with.We loved the lower floor of this condo, the decor was lovely, and everything was well stocked. FABULOUS Vacay at PCB in Tropic Winds 602

My sister, niece and nephew and I throughly enjoyed our week vacation in Tropic Winds 602 on PCB. The condo is VERY well kept and clean. They also offered plenty of beach toys and chairs which was unexpected and very thoughtful. One of the convenient things about this condo is.... the reserved parking space is on the 4th level. (Which seems bad because the parking garage is a tight squeeze) BUT since the unit is on the 6th floor - at the same end as the parking spot - it was EASY to use the stairs when the elevators were super busy just to go from our condo to the car or vice versa. only 2 flights on the same end!The condo is extremely well managed and Scott and Leigh are great to work with. The balcony is one of the BEST on the beach. I HIGHLY recommend this condo!Thank you for making the lodging a great part of our vacation!

Wonderful Stay!

This was our first trip to Panama City Beach and this condo was a big part of why we enjoyed our time so much. Tropic Winds 602 was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we were looking for. We sat on the balcony every day enjoying the ocean view and relaxing to the sound of the waves. The beach service was a bonus. There were two chairs and an umbrella set up and ready for us to use daily. We were within a short driving distance of restaurants, stores, and other attractions. Scott, the owner, was quick to answer any questions we had during our time here. When we make it back to Panama City Beach, this is where I will stay.

Another Wonderful Stay

We had the pleasure of staying in Unit 602 with our family. Having three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms made it perfect for all six of us!! This unit is beautifully decorated and is exactly as the photos indicate. The kitchen is furnished with everything you could possibly think of that you might need. The beds sleep so wonderfully and the huge TV in the living room is awesome!! This unit even has beach towels, beach toys, and beach chairs stored in the closet for you to use.We have been renting from Scott for a while and I promise you will not find anyone nicer or easier to work with!! These are hands down some of the best maintained condos in PCB!!

Rest & Relaxation

My family & friends always rent one of Scott & LeAnn’s units at Tropic Winds. What I love about Unit 602 is that is on a lower floor but the unit provides everything...beach towels, beach chairs for the shoreline as well as beach chairs with umbrella. Scott is very responsive & wants our visit to always be right on target!! We are already booked in one of the other units they owe for October. GREAT CONDO!

Great condo! Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Lots of games and books available for use. The full size Samsung washer/dryer made washing a breeze. The 6th floor was a perfect location... a short elevator ride or take the stairs from the assigned space in parking garage located on 4th floor under the building. Would definitely stay in unit 602 again. The manager Scott was very helpful & quick to reply to messages. Until next time...

Everything and More

While staying at this condo in November 2020, we were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities, the wonderful beach decor, and the size. Each bedroom was large, and two had en suite bathrooms. The deck was gigantic and our view of the ocean was phenomenal. The weather was perfect and we were able to use the screen doors and hear the surf. The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you could want to cook with; including a crockpot. My friend was actually wishing she had brought her binoculars to look out at the water, and then we found a pair on the bookshelf. And the chairs and beach fun items were numerous. Also, the communication with the owner/manager was great; answering any and all questions we had. I would recommend this condo to anyone and would love to stay again some day!

Awesome Condo!

This is a great condo, very nicely decorated and spotless! The beds were very comfortable. The appliances in the condo were very high end (dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer and dryer). The kitchen was stocked with staples as well as everything you would need to cook meals. They even keep two different coffee pots in the kitchen - in case you like a Keurig or a drip coffee maker. The owners really have thought of everything. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t already in the condo. The property manager, Scott, was the best! The other couple we were with had car problems on the way into Florida and Scott was able to give us some names of mechanics that we could contact. Our week at this condo was very relaxing - we will definitely come back to this condo!
