This is a lovely, two bedroom, second and third floor condominium located in the highly desired Madeira Beach Yacht Club. It is just across the road to the beautiful powdery white sand beach.
The air-conditioned condo is fully furnished with a King-size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is huge! There is ample room for an air mattress (one is provided) for extra sleeping options. The second bedroom has two single twin beds. You'll also find the couch serves as a sleeper sofa.

The Yacht Club at Madeira Beach laps the Boca Ciega Bay and is close to Madeira Beach’s finest white sand beach at Archibald Memorial Beach Park complete with its own snack bar, outdoor showers, and restrooms. Watch the dolphins or fish from the new pier and experience the spectacular sunsets on the beach. Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a private, gated well-kept facility. The property has a clubhouse with a small, well-equipped gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, showers, and billiards room. It also has two outdoor heated swimming pools, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables and benches and several fishing piers.
The perfect location of this unit is equally close to both swimming pools & just across the road to Archibald park beach. Winn-Dixie Supermarket, liquor store, brand new CVS drugstore, and U.S. Post Office. The Gulf Beaches Library is also across the street. Great rainy-day option, you can obtain a temporary membership and check books out. It's resort style living with all the privacy and relaxation of home!
Condo includes many appliances (including a Keurig), utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and linens.
We are adjacent to the new R.O.C. park - tennis, basketball, baseball sports & event field, and paved walkways that edge Boca Ciega Bay. There is even a splash pad playground for the younger kids. Perfect for early morning & evening strolls & sunset views. We have sports equipment in the condo for your use.
Madeira Beach Yacht Club 337F is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to 'settle' the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intercoastal Waterway named John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.
John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop till your heart's content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sports activity, but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Within the city limits are many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops and many public beach access points. Area beaches consistently voted as best in the US. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

Combined Cleaning and booking fee is $175/ visit regardless of length of stay. Fee to hold reservation is $500. This becomes the security deposit upon check in. 50% of total rental fee is due 60 days from check in. Additional 25% is due at 45 days. Balance due upon check in. $500 deposit is returned upon inspection following check out (usually same day as check out).

The condo is nicely furnished. Any kitchen item you could think of is supplied. All towels, umbrellas, coolers, and chairs are supplied as well. Previous guests have left plenty of sunblock, shampoo/conditioner, and extra toiletries...just check all the cupboards and drawers BEFORE you go shopping. There are books, board games, and puzzles too! Everything you need is close by.We had a few hiccups when we arrived, the code didn't work to get through the gate, the ac was broken, and the office didn't have our paperwork for parking upon arrival...with that said...the owner was very prompt in responding to every call and text. All the hiccups were addressed expediently and at no additional stress to us. Bob did a great job handling everything.The condo is quaint. It has a nice dining room area which is where we spent every evening playing games. We never even watched the tv. The kitchen was great for preparing the meals we ate in for and the cupboards above the stove have all kinds of spices and oils. The outside patio is small but provides a nice view of the recreation ctr and playground. There is a paved path for walking around the bay area, it was nice for the evening walk. Upstairs has the full bath and two bedrooms. The master bedroom is roomy as pictured. The second bedroom has twin beds. The one complaint I would have is that the twin bed by the closet is either loose in the bolts, or old, because it is VERY noisy when you move even a little bit. Take ear plugs IF you are a light sleeper, or a noise machine. Other than that, we enjoyed the condo very much. It is a second floor condo, so keep in mind, you have to go upstairs to get to the first entry door, so it's more like a second and third floor space (if stairs are an issue, this might not be for you). Once you get your parking pass, you can park right outside the gate to the condo, which is very convenient.The condo location is almost at the end of the whole complex. It's not a bad walk, unless you have older people, or you're there during a heat wave of over 100 degrees every day like we were. My mom struggled to get back at the end of the day and then walk up all the steps...we just took our time and crashed in the ac when we got back! The pools are ok is size, the water temp is bath water, don't expect any refreshment. We didn't use the pools for this reason, but we noticed a lot of families did, as small kids love the pool no matter what :)We had a great time! Great beach!

Very nice place, though inner location of unit has no view. Chck-in Instructions via email accurate. Two story townhouse style. Outer parking closest to unit makes unloading easier, but entrance to unit on second floor can be testing on older folks (lots of steps to traverse). Nice screened lanai. Beach toys and cart available. 0.3 mile walk to beach access and Winn-Dixie. Kitchen well equiped. Good wash washer and dryer available in upstairs second bedroom. Discovered small issue upon check-in (sink drain piping in master bath leaked, managed during stay by putting plastic cup under drain to catch leak, emptied daily). Takes both remotes to operate TV's (cable remotes not sync'd to TV's). Gotta watch the step height from lanai into the unit (higher than norm causes trip hazard). On the whole very nice unit. We'd stay again.

Very modern and nice condo. Provides all necessities for the beach and pool. Owner very easy to work with . I would recommend this condo unit . Nice park and walked a lot on the beach to de-stress. Neighbors are friendly.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Nice and clean, great location. I recommend this place to anyone. Plus we went fishing on a great charter called Offshore Addict charters. Once again this is a great place to stay and florida rentals made it easy for getting in and learning the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very spacious and well equipped. The owner was wonderful to deal with and responded to our request immediately. The location was perfect...5 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants.
