Shorewalk Condo, Newly Redecorated with Lake View

The Shorewalk Complex is located along Cortez Avenue, the 'main-drag' in Bradenton. Sarasota Bradenton Airport is 15 miles from Shorewalk and Tampa International Airport is about 50 miles away. Ellenton Prime Outlet Mall is a 20 minute drive up I-75 N. Thrill seekers can enjoy Busch Gardens in Tampa and the world famous Disney World is only a two hour drive away in Orlando. And of course we need to mention the beaches nearby! Take a five minute drive west and you'll hit Anna Maria Island and its beautiful white sand beaches. There are many areas to park and enjoy a day sunbathing, walking in the sand, listening to the waves and seagulls, playing in the gulf, building sandcastles or just simply relaxing! Shops and restaurants are also nearby in many areas on the island.

Shorewalk itself has many amenities to offer. There are two swimming pools, two hot tubs, two lighted tennis courts, a basketball half-court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, a playground for the younger kids, fishing in six stocked lakes and lighted sidewalks along tree lined streets on about 30 acres. The on site clubhouse provides BBQ grills, ping pong, a billiard room, a library, games and puzzles, wi-fi for internet and a TV room with videos all for guests to use. Some items in the clubhouse may require a deposit such as BBQ tongs and the deposit is refunded upon return of the item used.

For added convenience there are several stores nearby all within walking distance. These include a Publix grocery store and pharmacy, 24-hour Walmart, CVS pharmacy, Applebees, Outback Steakhouse, Little Caesars's and Papa Johns Pizza and Subway. There is also an 8-screen movie theatre, fitness center, beauty salon and day spa, martini bar, bowling alley and much more also within walking distance. There are several challenging golf courses nearby and the Shorewalk office offers discounts to guests. IMG/Boletteri is only a few streets over. This is a sports center where many world-class athletes have trained for tennis or soccer.

There are several day trips to take within a short driving distance. Myakka State Park is a great place to hike or kayak...and see alligators close up! Mote Aquarium is the place to go to see some real live manatees, the namesake of the county Bradenton is in. St Armand's Circle is a straight shot down the gulf coast and has many unique art and clothing shops and restaurants offering many different varieties of food for any palette. If you like to gamble, Sarasota Kennel Club is a fun way to spend an evening either betting on the greyhounds or playing poker. Sarasota was the winter home of the Ringling family known for their famous circus. There is a Ringling museum, library, botanical garden and estate to wander through as well as a nice restaurant and gift shop. Downtown Sarasota offers many diverse shops, eating establishments and nightclubs and there's usually something fun going on there every weekend.
