Bella Vita or "Good Life" in Italian is aptly named! Backing up to the beautiful scenic 4 Prongs Lake, Bella Vita offers sweeping views of the lake and peaks of the Gulf Of Mexico from the top floor observation deck, all included in a 3,135 sq. ft. space! This tropical estate with a private pool is located within the exclusive gated community of Destiny West. Provided to guests of the community will be amenities such as the community pool, fitness center, and tennis courts. The famous sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast are a mere three minute stroll away. This public beach access is located at the delicious Crab Trap restaurant.
The tropical aura of Bella Vita greets you like a warm breeze upon entering this distinguished vacation home. The entrance, located on the second floor, opens up to a beautifully decorated living space with plenty of comfortable seating. By the living area is an open gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, and a dining space with a view overlooking the lake. Onto the balcony is a lounging area with a view of the pool and the Four Prong Lake. A hallway leads to the luxurious master King Suite. This elegant and fully-furnished bedroom is coupled with a large master bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub and fireplace.
For a breath of fresh air, follow the staircase up to the sun deck. This open deck is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful coastal sunrises and sunsets. Down on the first floor are two king bedrooms with their own personal flat-screen TVs. There is a King Suite with its own private bath and flat-screen TV. The cozy décor of these rooms will make Bella Vita feel like a home away from home! Also located on this floor is bunk room with 6 queen bed bunks. Connecting all the rooms together is a comfortable living room and a hallway leading to the entrance. Enjoy the comfort of your own private pool with plenty of lounge and picnic space.
Gather and enjoy stunning views of the sun setting on the beach from the third floor sun deck. Luxury and comfort meet in the gourmet kitchen and family room that opens to an outdoor balcony overlooking the pool, lake and ocean. Bring your fishing poles and fish in the lake right from this home! The spacious 20 x 10 kidney pool and lounge area are directly situated on the Western tip of Four Prong Lake. This is the perfect setting after a day on the beach to relax and enjoy a dinner cooked on the gas grill. Swim in the privacy of this spectacular pool into the late evening after the sun has gone down.
The entire coastal atmosphere of Bella Vita is relaxing for any occasion! Community amenities are available including a community pool, hot tub, fitness center and tennis courts.

*This home requires a Saturday to Saturday rental during Spring Break and Summer Season.* No College/Student groups allowed. A maximum of 15 guests permitted with groups of singles or young adults that are 25 years of age and older. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*
*Golf Cart Rentals- Per Destiny West HOA, guests are allowed to rent golf carts through "Destin Elite Carts" ONLY. Please contact a Beach Reunion team member for more information if you'd like to rent.
*Weddings/Events not permitted at this home.*
*Tents/Canopies- are allowed on the public beach adjacent to the Crab Trap Seafood Restaurant & Bar.*

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering.
Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:

The sky deck located on the 3rd and final level of the home offers nothing but the best of views over looking the lake and shimmering glimmer of the Gulf of Mexico seen to the right of the home breaking through the other homes.
You are a short 3 minute walk to the public beach access located at The Crab Trap, a local standout restaurant offering top notch seafood flare along with non-crustaceous options! There's a celebration going on just about all the time in Destin, making it a fun place to be year-round. Several festivals, including October's Destin Seafood Festival and the month-long Destin Fishing Rodeo, celebrate the Gulf's edible gifts from the sea. There's also the annual Emerald Coast Poker Run, which takes place at the end of Boat Week. Participating boats pay an entrance fee, then travel to designated spots to pick up cards. The boat with the best poker hand at the end of the run is the winner. Proceeds from the poker run go to local children's charities. And every month sees plenty of live concerts, theater and dance performances, wine tastings, food festivals, and arts and crafts shows. Destin Snorkel offers a wide range of tours on our Coast Guard approved passenger boats; Reef Runner, Kokomo, Sand Dollar, Snuba Runner and the Sea Horse. The entire team at Destin Snorkel prides themselves in customer service. We'll take you out on the beautiful waters surrounding Destin and the Emerald Coast for a safe and enjoyable tour. These are a small set of starter supplies meant to get guests through the first day or two to take inventory of what is needed for their stay. Once these provisions have been used, its the guests responsibility to purchase for the remainder of their stay.
Fully stocked kitchen! It’s like cooking at your own home! This beach house will have everything you need and more. No pantry items provided such as coffee filters, spices, bags, oils, foil or storage containers.
Grill out by the pool. This home has a beautiful gas grill.
*Propane is included. If guests run out during their stay, please contact the office for a fresh tank to be delivered to the home.*
Private pool. The private pool can be heated from October 1st - May 1st.
*Please note there is an additional fee to heat the pool. The overflow spa connected to the pool does not heat higher than the pool. It does not have jets. It will only heat during pool heating season to the same temperature as the pool and they are heated together at the same time.*

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 90 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made outside of 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the 1/3rd required at the time of booking, minus the cancellation fee of $399. If canceled within 90-60 days to arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the required 1/3rd made at the time of booking. Cancelations made 60 days or less to the date of arrival will result in a 100% forfeiture of all monies paid towards the reservation to include all taxes and fees. Beach Reunion reserves the right to charge the card on file if cancellations are made when the final payment has not yet been made. If canceled and payment was not received, Beach Reunion legally retains the right to seek remaining payment.
Check in time is 3pm central with check out time being 9am. 3-5 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive your Check in Instructions via email. You will have your door code, WIFI information and any other access code needed. This will also include the house rules and any other important information needed during your stay. While staying with us, we strongly encourage all guests to give us a call or contact us by email for any issues you have. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to ensure a great stay.
If any issues are found upon check in, please notify the office immediately so we can rectify the situation promptly allowing your stay to be as uninterrupted as possible, Our office is open daily from 9am to 5pm central time. If an after hours emergency was to arise ( whole house power outage, codes not working, fire, major leaks) we do have an after hours number.

About the owner: Beach Reunion has been managing vacation rentals on the Emerald Coast for sixteen years. We specialize in large luxury beach homes sleeping anywhere from 8 to 38 people. We are a boutique business with vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin & Miramar Beach, Florida. Our program proudly features a coastal collection of large group homes, smaller cottage style homes and a group of gulf front condos.
Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Destiny by the Sea, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Dr.
Our collection of large homes feature beautiful swimming pools, summer kitchens, media rooms, custom bunk rooms and king suites with private bathrooms. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning.
In 2018, we entertained over 11,000 guests in our 60+ properties and over 100 weddings. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for five to ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties.

Is there an Age Requirement
All homes managed by Beach Reunion require our guests to be 25 years of age or older in order to reserve and stay in the home. Exclusions only apply to those traveling in a family vacation with younger children. No student groups/ student groups with chaperones. No exceptions
What temperature is the pool heated to?
The pool during our pool heating season of 10/01-05/01 will reach between 86-90 degrees maximum. The overflow spa will not heat higher than the pool. The pool and spa will heat at the same time to the same temperature. This is preset and locked by our pool company. Tampering with pool equipment will result in a fine.
Where is the beach access for the home?
The beach access for this home is located at the local restaurant the Crab Trap which is about a 10 minute walk from the home.

Rented Bell Vitta 4661 Destiny Way. After spending the night we discovered the house had rats. One ran across the floor and we tried to catch it. We notified Beach Reunion as I was on my way out to the golf course. The owner contacted me and said they thought they had gotten rid of the rats and he had another house available. My girlfriend looked at Calypso and Santini houses and was told there were no other options. So Bella Vita had a very nice open view area and a pool with a hot tub but had rats. The net rental cost was about $640 per day. We ended up in Calypso, since we had no choice, which had a completely blocked view, no hot tub and was much farther from the beach. The owner initially offered me $300 and later required I sign an agreement not to post anything on any kind of review. I told him that the $300 was unacceptable. He became argumentative and insultive and implied somehow it was our fault and we were in error. The vacation cost nearly $10,000 with travel and everything and I invited my new girlfriends family. I was so embarrassed. I would not recommend this company and would never use them again. I have rented vacation homes for over 20 years and never come close to such a terrible experience.

Hello Paul,Although we hate how the results ended we were only happy to assist you. When you had noticed the issue of the rat at hand ( being by a lake they are native to the area) we were more than happy to try to find you reasonable accommodations that would satisfy both invested parties involved. Calypso and Santorini are both larger luxury vacation homes. We did our best to meet all your demands and requests but just were not able to meet them all. We wish you all the best.
